ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to represent Arches across Southeast Asia. In this unique role, you'll help us strengthen relationships with our clients through in-person interactions - from coffee chats and business lunches to dinners, meetings, and networking events.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and creating meaningful connections. Your presence will help position Arches as a trusted and preferred partner in the eyes of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Activation Activities
- Lead & client research: Study company background, industry trends, and client profiles to understand their needs and priorities before the trip.
- Meeting preparation:
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to confirm agenda, meeting objectives, and logistics.
- Review previous client interactions, notes, and proposals to ensure continuity.
- Post-meeting follow-up:
- Summarize meeting notes and share internally for next steps.
- Support maintaining in good client relationships and ensuring timely follow-up.
Business Trip Activities
- Participate in client coffee chats, lunches, dinners, and networking events across Southeast Asia as a professional and approachable representative of Arches.
- Act as the “familiar face” of Arches, ensuring clients feel comfortable, valued, and well-connected with our team.
- Build strong rapport and foster trust, developing long-term relationships that go beyond transactions, positioning Arches as a trusted partner and top vendor in the region.
- Convert non-users to users: Approach meetings with a proactive mindset to engage non-users and effectively convert them into active users of Arches.
REQUIREMENT
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Sales , preferably within professional services, consulting, or expert networks.
- Proven track record of success in both strategic sales planning and hands-on execution.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings.
- Strong experience in performance management, including KPI development and tracking.
- Demonstrated excellence in B2B sales, client relationship management, and account growth.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with a strong commercial mindset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive salary base with performance-based annual review.
- Compensation covers all duties and working hours outlined in the “Responsibilities” section above.
- Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses (eg, dinner, coffee, lunch) are reimbursable according to the company's expense policy and are not included in the base salary.
- Quarterly performance incentives based on individual and team results.
