主な業務内容 (Responsibilities)
すべてのプロジェクトは、「この市場をより深く理解するには、誰に話を聞けばいいだろう？」という問いから始まります。
- エキスパートのリサーチと選定
LinkedInや社内データベース、各国のネットワークを活用し、プロジェクトに最適なエキスパートを探します。 - 専門家へのアプローチとヒアリング
電話・メール・LinkedInなどを通じてエキスパートにコンタクトを取り、案件への参加を打診します。プロジェクトの内容を説明しながら、経験や知見がニーズに合うかを見極めます。 - プロジェクトの進行サポート
エキスパートとクライアントが直接話すインタビューの場を日程調整から実施までサポートし、双方のやり取りがスムーズに進むよう支援します。 - チームでの成長
チームメンバーと連携し、フィードバックを活かしながら、業務プロセスの改善と自己成長を重ねていきます。
求めるスキル・人物像 (Requirements)
- 日本語がネイティブレベルであること
- 学士号をお持ちの方、または在学中の方
- 社会人経験0〜3年程度（未経験歓迎）
- 法人営業など、顧客折衝を伴う業務経験がある方は尚可
- 英語など他言語スキルがあれば歓迎

The Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.
GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
As a Client Service Associate (Expert Matching Team) , you will be the bridge between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. You’ll manage multiple projects from investors and business leaders from top-tier organizations seeking expert insights from around the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Every project begins with a question: “Who can help us understand this market better?” Your role is to find the answer and connect the right people. You will:
- Source and connect experts: Use platforms like LinkedIn, internal databases, and local networks to search for the best professional expert candidates for each client project.
- Engage and screen experts: Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to invite them to consult. Assess their fit and help them understand the value of sharing their insights.
- Support client projects: Coordinate expert interviews, ensure smooth communication, and deliver fast, accurate results that help clients move forward with confidence.
- Collaborate and grow: Work closely with teammates, share ideas, and continuously refine your approach through feedback and mentorship.
WHAT ESSENTIAL SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
- This role is specialized for Japanese natives only .
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of professional experience in recruiting, business, client service, or reLated fields (we welcome undergraduates, too).
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Working Location
- Fully based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam , with relocation support covering visa, flights, and accommodations.
