The Opportunity

This is a high-impact strategic role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems with technology.

Working directly with the COO, you will identify operational bottlenecks, redesign business processes, and lead AI implementation projects across our global offices. You'll work closely with executives, frontline teams, developers, and international stakeholders to improve execution speed, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Location: Fully-based in Vietnam with relocation support (flight, accommodation, visa) for expats candidates.

What You'll Do

Data Visualization & Management Decision Support (Business Planning & Governance)

• Analyze monthly financial results to identify operational bottlenecks across business units and build intuitive dashboards using BI tools.
• Feed insights gained from budget-to-actual analysis and KPI visualization directly back into executive decision-making.
• Support the strengthening of governance for our overseas branches, with a particular focus on our largest hub in Vietnam.

Frontline Research & Process Redesign via AI Integration

• Conduct interviews with frontline operational staff based on data-driven insights to map out complex existing workflows.
• Look past conventional practices to design ideal, future-state workflows built on the premise of leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies and tools, and develop highly viable operational plans.

AI Tool Validation, Implementation, and Global Adoption (Internal Consulting)

• Research and validate AI tools firsthand to build prototypes that bring your redesigned workflows to life.
• Collaborate with the development team to define system requirements and partner with leadership across global offices to align stakeholders and drive successful implementation.
• Ensure new systems are fully adopted by the frontline to drive tangible cost reductions and revenue growth.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Digital Transformation (DX) or operational improvement in a strategy, management, IT, or operations consulting environment.
  • Project Management or Operations at an AI or fast-growing technology company.
  • Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, or AI/DX transformation within a commercial organization.
  • Software Engineering with experience developing internal systems, automation, or operational tools.
• Project Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Process Design: Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate business needs into scalable processes and system requirements.
• AI & Technology Mindset: Self-driven in exploring new AI tools, with hands-on experience evaluating, prototyping, or implementing solutions.
• Business-level English: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Generative AI or workflow automation solutions.
• Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or Copilot.
• Startup Mindset: Individuals looking to transition from frontline operations to strategic corporate planning roles.
