INDUSTRY OVERVIEW

The Expert Network Services (ENS) industry connects our clients (consulting and investment firms) with specialized insights from top experts. With a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region, our team is fluent in the languages ​​​​​​​​across the area and has unmatched recruitment capabilities to find experts from any industry or niche.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Arches is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to accelerate the growth of our Expert Matching Services. As a core team member, you will be pivotal in shaping our success in China and APAC’s strategic consulting and investment landscape. This is a unique opportunity to drive high-impact projects while building deep relationships with key clients and thought leaders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Strategic Account Growth Development

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies for China and the APAC regions.
  • Lead complex, high-value engagement experts that drive client success.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing client organizations.
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with decision-makers.

Business Development & Revenue Generation  

  • Own late-stage business development processes for new client acquisition.
  • Drive contract negotiations and navigate complex compliance requirements.
  • Develop strategic proposals for enterprise clients.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into active client relationships.
  • Collaborate with global leadership on revenue targets and growth initiatives.

Project Excellence

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver expert matching projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Conduct thorough project reviews to identify areas for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Leadership

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in expert network services.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as webinars, white papers, or speaking engagements, to enhance Arches' brand reputation.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to foster new client relationships.

WHAT WE NEED

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in expert networks, with at least 2 years in senior client-facing roles.
  • High level of fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of the China and  APAC business landscape, particularly in the strategic consulting and investment sectors.
  • Working location: Hybrid between China and Vietnam.

    • Competitive Base Salary with performance-based annual based.
