ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a creative, people-centric, and data-driven Senior HRBP and Engagement to lead our initiatives in developing a world-class employee experience. At Arches, our people are our greatest asset. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that foster a high-performance culture and improve employee retention.
- The Team: Over 250 employees from more than 16 nationalities and backgrounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HRBP and Engagement Strategy (30%)
- Design engagement strategies aligned with business goals to boost productivity and performance.
2. HRBP & Engagement Execution, Improvement (70%):
- Lead the annual engagement roadmap, including team-building, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs, and new initiatives that help to achieve Arches' business goals above.
- Partner with leadership to embed engagement into every touchpoint, including a premium onboarding experience and performance recognition.
- Coach and guide junior HR members and interns to ensure high-quality execution and professional growth.
Internal Communication & Culture Development:
- Develop an internal communication strategy that promotes transparency and keeps the regional team aligned.
- Produce high-impact internal announcements and internal digital content that reinforce Arches' values and align with the engagement roadmap.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure the internal "Arches voice" is consistent, inclusive, and engaging.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Own the end-to-end process of employee pulse surveys (eg, eNPS), analyze results, and partner with leadership to implement actionable improvement plans.
- Turn data into action by proposing new initiatives that specifically target retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Coordinate the full cycle of expat accommodation, including sourcing properties, lease negotiation, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
Operational Excellence:
- Participate in digitizing HR processes (eg, HR automation tools) to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Admin and Recruitment teams to ensure seamless internal operations.

REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR engagement, internal communications, or culture-focused roles.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in survey tools (eg, SurveyMonkey, Typeform) and presentation software.
- A "people-first" attitude with a strong analytical backbone.
