仕事内容
主に日本人社員の中途・新卒採用オペレーション及び採用計画の作成、人事制度作り（労務）など幅広く人事業務を担って頂きます。
アソシエイトメンバーと共に人事労務面から組織づくりをリードして頂ける方のご応募お待ちしております！
採用関連のマネジメント
・各チームの目標採用人数を把握し、目標から逆算して媒体ごとのアクションプラン・KPIを策定
・採用オペレーションの構築・管理、必要に応じて新しい採用システムの導入
・人材エージェントマネジメント
・面接対応
人事制度構築・運用
・経営層やリーガル、ベトナムのGlobal HR Teamと協力し、社内の様々な人事制度の考案及び実行
労務関連業務
・ 拡大フェーズにある現組織において、今後必要な労務関連のオペレーション強化施策検討と実行

応募要件
【必須】
・事業会社にて4年以上のHR経験(労務関連知識・経験があれば尚良し)
・自社採用に携わった経験
・英語に抵抗のない方（全社会議が英語のため。マネジメントいただくメンバーは全員日本人です。）
