ROLE OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

Growing Client Portfolio

  • Work closely with the Sales Department to proactively activate clients in our company database.

Delivering Expert Matching Solutions

  • Understand client needs within the consulting and investment landscape, ensuring Arches delivers exceptional service at every stage.
  • Handle all aspects of client requests, from project scope adjustments to profit and loss management, expert scheduling, follow-ups, and new project intake.
  • Stay informed about and adhere to any bespoke compliance protocols our clients require, fostering a trusted and secure environment for all.
  • Proactively collaborate with colleagues across time zones to ensure smooth handoffs for critical client requests.

Team Management and Corporate Tasks

  • Lead & Motivate: Spearhead project teams with infectious motivation, guiding them to exceed their goals.

  • Guide & Improve: Provide timely, constructive feedback, nurturing team development and excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working Experience: 2-5 years in the Expert Network Service (ENS) industry or similar fields, with a focus on working closely with clients from consulting and investment firms.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business principles.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of experts from APAC, the US, and Europe.
  • Advanced Professional Communication: Skilled at condensing complex information into clear emails while maintaining impeccable customer service, even under pressure. This ensures seamless project transitions through effective communication across all levels (consultants, experts,
  • Professional Expertise: Experience managing client relationships within consulting firms or the expert network industry. Result Orientation: KPI-driven and data-oriented approach fueled by a hunger for growth and a relentless sense of urgency.
  • Growth Mindset: Highly adaptable and a continuous learner with a curious and open mind.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage complex communication threads and schedules between clients and experts.

WORKING HOURS

  • Working Hours: 5 PM - 2 AM (UTC +7) → 9 AM - 5 PM (UTC -1).
  • 5 Working Days per Week: Monday to Friday.

WORKING LOCATION

  • During Probation: Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the first 3 months, with relocation support covering visa, flights, and accommodations.
  • After Probation: Hybrid working arrangement or Fully remote based on discussion.
