ABOUT THE ROLE

• Location: Bogotá, Colombia
• Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site/Hybrid

As Arches expands its North American operations out of our Bogotá hub, we are seeking a hands-on, high-ownership Project Manager, US Client Delivery to lead the execution of complex expert-network projects.

In this critical delivery role, you will act as the operational engine for our US client portfolio. You will translate complex client briefs into actionable sourcing strategies, lead and coach a team of Client Solutions Associates, and ensure that every engagement meets Arches’ rigorous standards for speed, quality, accuracy, and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Delivery Leadership & Strategy

• Translate Client Briefs: Review complex research requests from US strategy consultants, investors, and corporate leaders, turning them into precise expert profiles and sourcing plans.
• Manage Workflow & Capacity: Prioritize multiple active projects based on urgency, client value, feasibility, and team capacity.
• Quality Assurance: Rigorously review expert profiles for relevance, quality, and accuracy before they are presented to clients.

2. Team Management & Coaching

• Direct Workflow: Assign projects, set daily targets, and manage the daily execution of Client Solutions Associates.
• Develop Talent: Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, case reviews, and performance discussions to build their judgment and productivity.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Operational Rigor

• Account Manager Partnership: Keep Account Managers constantly informed on project progress, realistic delivery timelines, and early risks.
• Performance Tracking: Track outreach metrics, expert conversion rates, interview scheduling, and overall project completion.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring delivery bottlenecks and optimize team processes, tooling, and handoffs.

4. Commercial Discipline & Compliance

• Manage Project Economics: Monitor project margins, honor agreed pricing structures, and manage operational costs.
• Ensure Strict Compliance: Enforce Arches' global compliance standards and client-specific protocols across all expert engagements.

• Team Growth: Team members demonstrate continuously improving research judgment, productivity, and ownership.
• Proactive Risk Management: Catch and resolve delivery delays, margin risks, or compliance issues before they impact the client.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in project delivery, client service, executive search, research, operations, or a related professional-services environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience coordinating, leading, or managing team members in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Prioritization & Judgment: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple high-urgency requests simultaneously.
• English Proficiency: Native or Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. You can easily dissect complex US client briefs and clearly communicate risks.
• Analytical Comfort: Comfortable using operational data and KPIs to manage team performance and spot delivery gaps.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience within the Expert Network Services (ENS) , executive search, consulting research, or professional recruitment industries.
• Direct experience serving management consulting firms, private equity funds, or corporate strategy teams.
• Hands-on experience managing project economics, margins, or other commercial metrics.
