Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead and scale our client acquisition and account growth efforts across Southeast Asia (SEA Market) . This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution, focusing on expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
You will lead a growing Acquisition Team (3 members) while directly engaging in the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closing and account expansion. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment , is comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders, and can drive business growth across multiple markets.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Growth
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies across SEA.
- Identify and capture new market opportunities within consulting firms, private equity funds, investment firms, and corporate clients.
- Build structured account development strategies to increase project volume and client engagement.
- Set and track quarterly and annual revenue growth targets.
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance frameworks.
Sales Execution & Client Acquisition
- Personally drive new client acquisition through outbound sales and networking.
- Generate leads and meetings through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct client pitches and manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and contract closing.
- Develop industry-specific sales playbooks and outreach strategies.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in consulting, investment, and corporate sectors.
Account Management & Client Growth
- Manage key client accounts and ensure long-term relationship development.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Increase project flow and client engagement across service lines.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of 3 sales professionals.
- Develop hiring plans and support recruitment as the team scales.
- Design and implement performance KPIs and development frameworks.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Provide coaching and training to improve team capability and sales effectiveness.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within professional services, consulting, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing client accounts and closing enterprise deals.
- Experience leading and managing small teams (3 members).
- Strong background in sales metrics, performance tracking, and pipeline management.
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead generation to deal closing.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling to consulting firms, private equity funds, investment firms, or corporate clients.
- Prior exposure to international markets or Southeast Asia regional business.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or research/consulting firms.

- Outgoing and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced international environments, and able to quickly learn new industries and markets.
