About Arches

Arches is a fast-growing B2B intelligence platform helping organizations bridge knowledge gaps through expert insights. We combine an extensive Expert Network, a proprietary expert interview database, and bespoke consulting services to support better business decisions globally.

Headquartered in Tokyo, Arches operates across 8 global offices with a team of 300 professionals representing 14 nationalities. While our roots and strengths are deeply embedded in Asia, we have successfully expanded into the US market and continue investing in new ventures leveraging human capital data.

The Opportunity

As a Strategy Associate , you will work on high-impact initiatives that directly influence Arches' next stage of growth. This is a hands-on strategic role where you will own workflows, operate with significant autonomy, and partner closely with leadership to turn ideas into execution.

Example project may include:

Market Expansion & Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute market expansion strategies across the US and Europe for Arches' Expert Network business.
• Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable go-to-market and execution plans.

New Business Series

• Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to launch new products and business lines.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Arches' existing assets, data, and network advantages.
• Validate business opportunities and shape commercialization strategies.

IPO & Corporate Strategy

• Partner with management on investor relations and strategic finance initiatives.
• Support IPO readiness efforts, including internal processes and operating infrastructure.
• Deliver strategic analyzes to support executive decision-making.

AI & Business Transformation

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into business operations and workflows.
• Drive internal transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Experiment, implement, and scale solutions that improve business performance.
