Axelspaceは、「Space within Your Reach 〜宇宙を普通の場所に〜」というビジョンの元、2008年の設立以来磨き上げてきた独自の小型衛星技術によって、多くの人が当たり前のように宇宙を利用する社会の実現を目指しています。
2019年より開始したAxelGlobe事業では、多数の衛星を打ち上げて地球を高頻度でモニタリングしていく新しいインフラを提供しており、2019年に打ち上げた衛星1機に加えて、2021年には日本初の量産衛星4機の打ち上げに成功し、現在は5機の地球観測衛星コンステレーションを運用し、2〜3日に1度の頻度で一度に55km〜幅の画像を撮影し、データやソリューションを提供しています。
また、祖業である専用衛星事業をより使いやすく発展させ、2022年に発表した「AxelLiner」では、お客様の宇宙・衛星ビジネスの早期実現のための衛星開発・運用等をワンストップで提供しており、2024年には実証機初号機「PYXIS」を打ち上げ、これまでの開発・運用実績は11機となりました。

2022年には第22回JAPAN VENTURE AWARDSにて最高賞である経済産業大臣賞を受賞、2024年には「Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan」に選出されました。

Company Introduction

Since our founding in 2008, Axelspace has been driven by the vision “Space within Your Reach.” We have continuously refined our unique micro-satellite technology with the goal of democratizing space technology to a wider population across the globe.

AxelGlobe started in 2019 to provide a new Earth observation infrastructure by launching multiple micro-satellites for its higher data frequency. In addition to a satellite launched in 2019, we have successfully launched Japan’s first four mass-produced satellites in 2021. We are currently operating a constellation of five Earth observation satellites, capturing images with a 55 km swath every 2 to 3 days, and providing data and solutions.

Building on our experience with our dedicated satellite business, we launched AxelLiner in 2022 to provide a one-stop service for satellite development and operation, helping customers quickly actualize their satellite business. In 2024, we launched our first demonstration satellite, “PYXIS,” bringing our total number of developed and operated satellites to 11.

Additionally, we received the highest award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 22nd JAPAN VENTURE AWARDS in 2022, and was selected as part of “Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan” in 2023.

業務概要

開発部門が設計・開発した製品について理解を深め、製造現場における量産立上、作業者への指導、問題発生時に内容把握と対処、関係部署と連携し問題解決、安定稼働までの支援をしていただきます。
製造環境の整備、製造手順の構築、作業手順書の作成、委託先企業との連絡窓口として調整業務をしていただきます。
開発と製造の「つなぎ役」としてご活躍いただきます。

職務内容

• 製品の構造や使用の把握（図面・マニュアルの理解）
• 製造工程の設計、製造環境の立ち上げ支援
• 設計レビューへの参加、製造観点からのフィードバック
• 設計完了プロダクトについて、製造情報としての落とし込み
• 作業手順書の作成・更新
• 外部委託先（製造パートナー企業）への作業指示・品質確認
• 問題発生時の状況把握と関係部門との連携による改善対応
• 継続的な製造プロセスの改善提案
• 人工衛星搭載機器の製造および人工衛星製造
• 人工衛星打ち上げ時の射場作業準備および射場作業の実施

必要なスキル・経験

• 学歴：高等専門学校以上（電気工学科・機械工学科等）
• メカトロ系製品における製造・組立経験（業界不問）3年以上（但しライン工除く）
• 製造マニュアルや作業指示書の技術文章の理解・作成
• 他部署や外注先と適切にコミュニケーションを取れる方
• 技術用語を含めた英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がない方

歓迎するスキル・経験

• 製造現場でのリーダー経験、立上経験
• 製造品質や安全に関わる基本的な知識
• 図面（2D/3D CAD）の理解が出来る方
• 宇宙・精密機器業界への興味・関心
• 航空、自動車業界での整備経験
• 家電、電気機器もしくは医療機器等でのサービスエンジニア/フィールドエンジニア経験
• アナログ回路、デジタル回路の動作を理解し、問題発生時に測定器を用いた検査経験
