Axelspaceは、「Space within Your Reach 〜宇宙を普通の場所に〜」というビジョンの元、2008年の設立以来磨き上げてきた独自の小型衛星技術によって、多くの人が当たり前のように宇宙を利用する社会の実現を目指しています。
2019年より開始したAxelGlobe事業では、多数の衛星を打ち上げて地球を高頻度でモニタリングしていく新しいインフラを提供しており、2019年に打ち上げた衛星1機に加えて、2021年には日本初の量産衛星4機の打ち上げに成功し、現在は5機の地球観測衛星コンステレーションを運用し、2〜3日に1度の頻度で一度に55km〜幅の画像を撮影し、データやソリューションを提供しています。
また、祖業である専用衛星事業をより使いやすく発展させ、2022年に発表した「AxelLiner」では、お客様の宇宙・衛星ビジネスの早期実現のための衛星開発・運用等をワンストップで提供しており、2024年には実証機初号機「PYXIS」を打ち上げ、これまでの開発・運用実績は10機となりました。
2022年には第22回JAPAN VENTURE AWARDSにて最高賞である経済産業大臣賞を受賞、2024年には「Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan」に選出されました。

Company Introduction
Since our founding in 2008, Axelspace has been driven by the vision “Space within Your Reach.” We have continuously refined our unique micro-satellite technology with the goal of democratizing space technology to a wider population across the globe.
AxelGlobe started in 2019 to provide a new Earth observation infrastructure by launching multiple micro-satellites for its higher data frequency. In addition to a satellite launched in 2019, we have successfully launched Japan’s first four mass-produced satellites in 2021. We are currently operating a constellation of five Earth observation satellites, capturing images with a 55 km swath every 2 to 3 days, and providing data and solutions.
Building on our experience with our dedicated satellite business, we launched AxelLiner in 2022 to provide a one-stop service for satellite development and operation, helping customers quickly actualize their satellite business. In 2024, we launched our first demonstration satellite, “PYXIS,” bringing our total number of developed and operated satellites to 10.
Additionally, we received the highest award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 22nd JAPAN VENTURE AWARDS in 2022, and was selected as part of “Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan” in 2023.

業務概要
コーポレートエンジニアは Axelspace の IT システムおよび DX (IT の利用による業務の変革) に対して責任を持つ DGG (ディジタルガバナンスグループ) に所属します。
Axelspace における 情報セキュリティ、IT インフラの運用、全社の IT 活用の支援、および DX の推進を、IT の専門家として、ユーザーである他の部門および DGG のメンバーと協力して推進します。
主に、現組織の課題を見つけ、解決策を提供をしていただきます。従業員体験が良い、そして生産性高い環境を構築し、経営および従業員を支えるコーポレートエンジニアとして担っていただきます。
職務内容
職務概要を達成するために、下記の職務範囲を既存社員と協力して担当します。
- SaaSの設定、管理
- 運用に合わせて設定変更、アカウント管理、権限管理
- ルール作成、修正
- ユーザーからの質問、依頼等に応える、ヘルプデスクとしての対応
※主業務として、上記の業務を遂行しますが、ピーク時や特定のプロジェクトにおいて、チーム内のメンバーがPCのキッティング、管理、およびIT周辺機器の管理など、追加の支援が必要な場合があります。その際は、チーム全体で協力し、業務の効率的な遂行を目指します。

必要なスキル・経験
- 3年以上のコーポレートエンジニアまたは関連業務での経験をお持ちの方
- ITやIT機器に関する問い合わせや相談に、チーム内外で積極的に自身の知識と経験を活かして対応できる方
- 英語での英語対応に抵抗のなく、英語力を向上させたい思いがある方
