Axelspaceは、「Space within Your Reach 〜宇宙を普通の場所に〜」というビジョンの元、2008年の設立以来磨き上げてきた独自の小型衛星技術によって、多くの人が当たり前のように宇宙を利用する社会の実現を目指しています。
2019年より開始したAxelGlobe事業では、多数の衛星を打ち上げて地球を高頻度でモニタリングしていく新しいインフラを提供しており、2019年に打ち上げた衛星1機に加えて、2021年には日本初の量産衛星4機の打ち上げに成功し、現在は5機の地球観測衛星コンステレーションを運用し、2〜3日に1度の頻度で一度に55km〜幅の画像を撮影し、データやソリューションを提供しています。
また、祖業である専用衛星事業をより使いやすく発展させ、2022年に発表した「AxelLiner」では、お客様の宇宙・衛星ビジネスの早期実現のための衛星開発・運用等をワンストップで提供しており、2024年には実証機初号機「PYXIS」を打ち上げ、これまでの開発・運用実績は10機となりました。

2022年には第22回JAPAN VENTURE AWARDSにて最高賞である経済産業大臣賞を受賞、2024年には「Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan」に選出されました。

Company Introduction

Since our founding in 2008, Axelspace has been driven by the vision “Space within Your Reach.” We have continuously refined our unique micro-satellite technology with the goal of democratizing space technology to a wider population across the globe.

AxelGlobe started in 2019 to provide a new Earth observation infrastructure by launching multiple micro-satellites for its higher data frequency. In addition to a satellite launched in 2019, we have successfully launched Japan’s first four mass-produced satellites in 2021. We are currently operating a constellation of five Earth observation satellites, capturing images with a 55 km swath every 2 to 3 days, and providing data and solutions.

Building on our experience with our dedicated satellite business, we launched AxelLiner in 2022 to provide a one-stop service for satellite development and operation, helping customers quickly actualize their satellite business. In 2024, we launched our first demonstration satellite, “PYXIS,” bringing our total number of developed and operated satellites to 10.

Additionally, we received the highest award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 22nd JAPAN VENTURE AWARDS in 2022, and was selected as part of “Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan” in 2023.

業務概要

セキュリティエンジニアはAxelspaceのITシステムに対して責任を持つDX基盤本部に所属します。

ITシステムの運用管理から、ゼロトラスト化に向けたアーキテクチャ再構成、オンプレミスからクラウドサービスへのシフト、日々検出される脆弱性調査からスレッドハンティング など、様々な視点からセキュリティの維持に関わる業務をリード頂きます。

職務内容

下記の業務内容をチームメンバーと協力・分業して行います。
一部の業務を主担当として主導していただくことを想定していますが、現時点で全ての業務を独力で執行できる必要はありません。

• 高レベルなゼロトラスト化に向けた施策、取り組み、導入、改善
  • SIEM、SOAR、CASB、SASEなど、各種製品の活用とシステム間連携
  • マルチクラウドプラットフォームを用いたITシステムリソースの活用
• オンプレミスのITシステムからクラウドサービスへの移行、及びセキュア化
  • 容量無制限で細かなACL設定が可能なクラウドストレージへの移行
  • クラウドサービスの活用からDX推進
• 脆弱性対応やインシデント対応、CSIRT活動
  • EDRを用いた脅威分析、脆弱性情報管理、スレッドハンティング
  • 日々検知される脅威情報の分析とトリアージ、ワークアラウンドの策定

必要なスキル・経験

• 情報セキュリティ、サイバーセキュリティについての、一定程度の経験および知識
  • 100台以上のノードが所属するネットワーク運用経験、基本的なTCP/IPの知識
  • Windows / Linux OSを用いた、サーバ運用管理の基本的な知識
• クラウドサービスを活用した業務経験
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft365 の運用経験
  • チャットツール、チケット管理システムなど業務ツールの利用・運用経験
  • 日本語がビジネスレベルかつ、ビジネスでの使用経験

歓迎するスキル・経験

• AWS、GCP、Azure 等のクラウド基盤の設計・管理・運用・利用の知識・経験
• Azure Entra ID、Intune、Jamfなどのプロビジョニングツール運用経験

About the Role

The Security Engineer will be part of the DX infrastructure division, a department responsible for Axelspace's IT systems.

The Security Engineer will lead the operations related to maintaining security from various perspectives, from operational management of IT systems, architectural reconfiguration toward zero-trust, shifting from on-premise to cloud services, investigating vulnerabilities detected daily, doing “thread hunting”, and more.

Job Responsibilities

We expect you to take the lead in some of the tasks, but you do not need to be able to perform all of the tasks by yourselves at the time you join.

• Measures, initiatives, implementation, and improvements for high-level zero-trust
  • Utilization of various products such as SIEM, SOAR, CASB, SASE, etc. and inter-system integration
  • Enhance security of IT system resources using multi-cloud platforms
• Migration from on-premise IT systems to cloud services and keep them secure
  • Migration to cloud storage with unlimited capacity and detailed ACL settings
  • Apply cloud services and Digital Transformation 
• Vulnerability and incident response, CSIRT activity
  • Threat analysis, vulnerability information management, and thread hunting using EDR
  • Analysis and triage of daily detected threat information, formulation of workarounds

Mandatory Requirements

• Some experience and knowledge of information security and cyber security
  • Experience in network operation with more than 100 nodes, basic knowledge of TCP/IP
  • Basic knowledge of server operation and management using Windows / Linux OS
• Experience working with cloud services
  • Experience in Google Workspace / Microsoft365 operations
  • Experience using and operating business tools such as chat tools and ticket management systems
• Japanese Skills: Business level or higher (must have experience using Japanese in a professional setting)

Favorable Skill set / Experience

• Knowledge and experience in designing, managing, operating, and using cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
• Experience in operating provisioning tools such as Azure Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, etc.
• Experience implementing and operating various Zero Trust products
• Experience in vulnerability assessment using tools for web applications and platforms
