Axelspaceは、「Space within Your Reach 〜宇宙を普通の場所に〜」というビジョンの元、2008年の設立以来磨き上げてきた独自の超小型衛星技術によって、多くの人が当たり前のように宇宙を利用する社会の実現を目指しています。
2015年より開始したAxelGlobe事業では、多数の衛星を打ち上げて地球を高頻度でモニタリングしていく新しいインフラを提供しており、2019年に打ち上げた衛星1機に加えて、2021年には日本初の量産衛星4機の打ち上げに成功しました。
また、新事業「AxelLiner」では、お客様の宇宙・衛星ビジネスの早期実現のための衛星開発・運用等の一連の流れを提供しており、2024年には日本初となる小型衛星量産体制を活用した実証機初号機「Pyxis」を打ち上げ予定です。

2022年には第22回JAPAN VENTURE AWARDSにて最高賞である経済産業大臣賞を受賞しました。

Company Introduction

Axelspace has been one of the pioneers of micro-satellite technology and industry since the establishment of the company in 2008, and we envision democratizing space technology to a wider population across the globe for their daily use.

AxelGlobe business started in 2015 to provide a new Earth observation infrastructure by launching multiple micro-satellites for its higher data frequency. In addition to a satellite launched in 2019, we have successfully launched four more satellites in 2021, which used the first mass production technology for satellite production in Japan. Utilizing this small-satellite mass production system, our new service “AxelLiner” also supports clients outside the space industry to actualize their business involved in satellite projects.

AxelGlobe事業において、環境モニタリングや評価、開示に必要となるビッグデータ解析や、カーボンニュートラル、及びネイチャーポジティブな事業活動への変革を新たな事業機会として捉え、地球観測衛星技術をベースに、サステナビリティ領域（気候変動・サーキュラーエコノミー・生物多様性・等）をテーマにした新たなソリューションを立案・概念検証を経て構築・サービス提供を行います。

職務内容

サステナビリティ（特に環境領域）における市場の課題・ニーズ、及び地球観測衛星の技術や、周辺サービスを踏まえ、新たなソリューションを立案し、サービスイン～拡販まで一連のサービス立ち上げを中心となり推進いただきます。

• 市場ニーズ・課題の見極め、衛星技術や巻き込むべき周辺サービスの特定によるソリューション案の立案
• 見込み顧客のリストアップ、初期営業の推進
• ソリューション案に対する技術・ビジネス両面におけるPoCの推進
• PoCを踏まえたソリューションのブラッシュアップ
• 見込み顧客への本格営業、及びクロージング対応（デリバリーを含む）
• 拡販時のPDCAサイクルの実施

必要なスキル・経験

• 国際機関 / 官公庁 / 自治体 / 民間企業などにて、気候変動 / 環境経営 / サーキュラーエコノミー / 再エネ / 環境・エネルギー技術 / 生物多様性 / 環境マーケティング / 技術開発等、いずれかの専門性・業務経験を有すること
• 上記サステナビリティ分野において、卓越した実績を有すること
• 顧客管理、提案書作成ができる実務リテラシーを有すること

About the Role

In the AxelGlobe business division, we perceive the transformation towards big data analysis necessary for environmental monitoring, assessment, disclosure, and the shift towards carbon-neutral and nature-positive business activities as new business opportunities. Leveraging earth observation satellite technology as a foundation, we will make a plan, verify the concept, execute PoC, and provide services for new solutions in the sustainability domain, focusing on themes such as climate change, circular economy, biodiversity, and more.

Job Responsibilities

You will be leading the development of new solutions in the sustainability field, particularly in the environmental sector. This involves addressing the challenges and needs of the market in sustainability, taking into account earth observation satellite technology and related services. Your role will center around developing innovative solutions and driving the entire process of launching services, from initiation to expansion, considering the broader context of the market and technology .

• Identifying market needs and challenges, and developing solution proposals based on the identification of satellite technology and relevant peripheral services to be incorporated
• Customer prospecting and initial sales
• Proof of Concept (PoC) in technical and business aspects
• Refinement of solutions based on PoC
• Full-scale sales to prospective clients and close deals
• Implementation of PDCA cycle

Mandatory

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: climate change, environmental management, circular economy, renewable energy, environmental and energy technology, biodiversity, environmental marketing, and technology development, with a background in international organizations, government agencies, local municipalities, private enterprises, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated outstanding achievements and a track record of excellence in the field of sustainability, particularly in the mentioned areas.
• Experienced practical literacy in customer management and proposal writing.
