Axelspaceは、「Space within Your Reach 〜宇宙を普通の場所に〜」というビジョンの元、2008年の設立以来磨き上げてきた独自の小型衛星技術によって、多くの人が当たり前のように宇宙を利用する社会の実現を目指しています。
2019年より開始したAxelGlobe事業では、多数の衛星を打ち上げて地球を高頻度でモニタリングしていく新しいインフラを提供しており、2019年に打ち上げた衛星1機に加えて、2021年には日本初の量産衛星4機の打ち上げに成功し、現在は5機の地球観測衛星コンステレーションを運用し、2〜3日に1度の頻度で一度に55km〜幅の画像を撮影し、データやソリューションを提供しています。
また、祖業である専用衛星事業をより使いやすく発展させ、2022年に発表した「AxelLiner」では、お客様の宇宙・衛星ビジネスの早期実現のための衛星開発・運用等をワンストップで提供しており、2024年には実証機初号機「PYXIS」を打ち上げ、これまでの開発・運用実績は10機となりました。
2022年には第22回JAPAN VENTURE AWARDSにて最高賞である経済産業大臣賞を受賞、2024年には「Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan」に選出されました。

Company Introduction
Since our founding in 2008, Axelspace has been driven by the vision “Space within Your Reach.” We have continuously refined our unique micro-satellite technology with the goal of democratizing space technology to a wider population across the globe.
AxelGlobe started in 2019 to provide a new Earth observation infrastructure by launching multiple micro-satellites for its higher data frequency. In addition to a satellite launched in 2019, we have successfully launched Japan’s first four mass-produced satellites in 2021. We are currently operating a constellation of five Earth observation satellites, capturing images with a 55 km swath every 2 to 3 days, and providing data and solutions.
Building on our experience with our dedicated satellite business, we launched AxelLiner in 2022 to provide a one-stop service for satellite development and operation, helping customers quickly actualize their satellite business. In 2024, we launched our first demonstration satellite, “PYXIS,” bringing our total number of developed and operated satellites to 10.
Additionally, we received the highest award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 22nd JAPAN VENTURE AWARDS in 2022, and was selected as part of “Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan” in 2023.

Job Description
業務概要
2022年4月にリリースした「AxelLiner」事業において、顧客から受注した衛星プロジェクトの衛星開発から打上後の軌道上運用期間までの対応（カスタマーサクセス／CX向上）を担って頂き、AxelLinerの事業における顧客満足度向上、顧客のリテンションレート向上を担って頂きます。
職務内容
- カスタマーサクセスの業務フロー策定
- リテンションレートを高める為の業務フローの策定、当該フローの改善を推進
- AxelLiner受注後の対応
- 顧客との信頼関係を構築し、顧客のリテンションレートを高める
- 衛星プロジェクトの契約受注後に営業担当者として各種調整（※）、変更契約等の交渉の実施
※各種調整に含まれる業務は以下の通り- 顧客と社内の衛星開発、衛星運用チームとの橋渡しを行い、顧客課題を解決に導く
- 打上・運用や許認可に関わる社内外の関係者との調整支援を行う
- 社内外の関係者に対してのファシリテーション経験（会議の議事録作成、スケジュール管理含む）
- 顧客との信頼関係を構築し、顧客のリテンションレートを高める
必要なスキル・経験
- 学歴：大学・学部卒以上
- ハンズオンでのコンサルティング経験やISerでのベンダーコントロール経験
- 契約交渉・契約締結、請求といったビジネスプロセスの知識・経験
- 基本的なPCスキル（使用ツール：Microsoft Office及びGoogle Docs（主にWord/Excel/Powerpoint）、電子メール（Gmail）/チャットツール（Slack））
- 英語を用いた円滑なコミュニケーション能力
