Axelspaceは、「Space within Your Reach 〜宇宙を普通の場所に〜」というビジョンの元、2008年の設立以来磨き上げてきた独自の小型衛星技術によって、多くの人が当たり前のように宇宙を利用する社会の実現を目指しています。
2019年より開始したAxelGlobe事業では、多数の衛星を打ち上げて地球を高頻度でモニタリングしていく新しいインフラを提供しており、2019年に打ち上げた衛星1機に加えて、2021年には日本初の量産衛星4機の打ち上げに成功し、現在は5機の地球観測衛星コンステレーションを運用し、2〜3日に1度の頻度で一度に55km〜幅の画像を撮影し、データやソリューションを提供しています。
また、祖業である専用衛星事業をより使いやすく発展させ、2022年に発表した「AxelLiner」では、お客様の宇宙・衛星ビジネスの早期実現のための衛星開発・運用等をワンストップで提供しており、2024年には実証機初号機「PYXIS」を打ち上げ、これまでの開発・運用実績は11機となりました。
2022年には第22回JAPAN VENTURE AWARDSにて最高賞である経済産業大臣賞を受賞、2024年には「Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan」に選出されました。

Company Introduction
Since our founding in 2008, Axelspace has been driven by the vision “Space within Your Reach.” We have continuously refined our unique micro-satellite technology with the goal of democratizing space technology to a wider population across the globe.
AxelGlobe started in 2019 to provide a new Earth observation infrastructure by launching multiple micro-satellites for its higher data frequency. In addition to a satellite launched in 2019, we have successfully launched Japan’s first four mass-produced satellites in 2021. We are currently operating a constellation of five Earth observation satellites, capturing images with a 55 km swath every 2 to 3 days, and providing data and solutions.
Building on our experience with our dedicated satellite business, we launched AxelLiner in 2022 to provide a one-stop service for satellite development and operation, helping customers quickly actualize their satellite business. In 2024, we launched our first demonstration satellite, “PYXIS,” bringing our total number of developed and operated satellites to 11.
Additionally, we received the highest award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 22nd JAPAN VENTURE AWARDS in 2022, and was selected as part of “Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan” in 2023.

Job Description
業務概要
リモートセンシング・セールスエンジニアは、営業・事業開発本部の一員として、主に日本国内の官公庁・企業向けの衛星データを活用したプロジェクトについて、リモートセンシングの専門知識に基づき技術面から支援します。
衛星データを活用した課題解決の取り組みに、提案からプロジェクト完了まで幅広く携わるポジションです。
職務内容
- セールスエンジニアリング
- 営業および事業開発担当と密接に連携し、リモートセンシングの専門知識を活かして、以下のプリセールスからポストセールスまでの営業活動を実施・支援する。
- プロジェクト企画立案、衛星データ等の利用可能性検討、提案書の作成
- 顧客打ち合わせにおける専門知識の提供
- 自社衛星による画像撮影オペレーション
- 報告書等の成果物作成
- 納品作業の支援・カスタマーサポート
- 営業および事業開発担当と密接に連携し、リモートセンシングの専門知識を活かして、以下のプリセールスからポストセールスまでの営業活動を実施・支援する。
- 衛星データ解析・ソリューション開発
- 自社衛星等のデータを活用した概念実証・調査研究・ソリューション開発において、文献調査、手法検討、データ解析、報告書作成等を行う。
- プロジェクト管理(経験に応じて)
- 主に官公庁・企業向けのプロジェクトにおいて、進行管理や社内外の関係部門との調整を行う。
- 社内の技術部門・開発チームと連携し、成果物の作成、納期管理を行う。
- その他リモートセンシングの専門知識を活かした社内外の技術支援
必要なスキル・経験
- 3年以上の社会人経験
- リモートセンシングデータ(衛星、航空機、ドローン等)やその他類似データの取り扱いや解析経験
- 官公庁向けに提案書・報告書を作成し、顧客打ち合わせに対応できる日本語力
- 社内外の関係者と円滑に協力できるコミュニケーション能力
歓迎スキル・経験
- 光学衛星データの取り扱いや解析の業務経験
- GISデータの取り扱いや解析の業務経験
- 日本の官公庁や企業向けのプロジェクト提案・実施の経験
- Python、R、その他のプログラミング言語を用いた画像処理・解析の経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
- 衛星データ利用分野(農林水産業、インフラ等)における専門知識/経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
