Axelspaceは、「Space within Your Reach 〜宇宙を普通の場所に〜」というビジョンの元、2008年の設立以来磨き上げてきた独自の小型衛星技術によって、多くの人が当たり前のように宇宙を利用する社会の実現を目指しています。
2019年より開始したAxelGlobe事業では、多数の衛星を打ち上げて地球を高頻度でモニタリングしていく新しいインフラを提供しており、2019年に打ち上げた衛星1機に加えて、2021年には日本初の量産衛星4機の打ち上げに成功し、現在は5機の地球観測衛星コンステレーションを運用し、2〜3日に1度の頻度で一度に55km〜幅の画像を撮影し、データやソリューションを提供しています。
また、祖業である専用衛星事業をより使いやすく発展させ、2022年に発表した「AxelLiner」では、お客様の宇宙・衛星ビジネスの早期実現のための衛星開発・運用等をワンストップで提供しており、2024年には実証機初号機「PYXIS」を打ち上げ、これまでの開発・運用実績は10機となりました。

2022年には第22回JAPAN VENTURE AWARDSにて最高賞である経済産業大臣賞を受賞、2024年には「Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan」に選出されました。

Company Introduction

Since our founding in 2008, Axelspace has been driven by the vision “Space within Your Reach.” We have continuously refined our unique micro-satellite technology with the goal of democratizing space technology to a wider population across the globe.

AxelGlobe started in 2019 to provide a new Earth observation infrastructure by launching multiple micro-satellites for its higher data frequency. In addition to a satellite launched in 2019, we have successfully launched Japan’s first four mass-produced satellites in 2021. We are currently operating a constellation of five Earth observation satellites, capturing images with a 55 km swath every 2 to 3 days, and providing data and solutions.

Building on our experience with our dedicated satellite business, we launched AxelLiner in 2022 to provide a one-stop service for satellite development and operation, helping customers quickly actualize their satellite business. In 2024, we launched our first demonstration satellite, “PYXIS,” bringing our total number of developed and operated satellites to 10.

Additionally, we received the highest award, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award at the 22nd JAPAN VENTURE AWARDS in 2022, and was selected as part of “Technology Fast 50 2023 Japan” in 2023.

業務概要

本ポジションは、エンジニアが衛星の設計・開発・製造業務へ専念し、かつ要求された品質
/コスト/スケジュールを達成するために行動し、考えられるあらゆる支援を計画・実行する
ことが求められます。

職務内容

• 衛星製造に関する部品・部材およびコンポーネントの調達
  • 取引先選定と評価、契約交渉、関係性構築等のサプライヤー管理
  • コスト削減戦略の策定と実施、市場動向の分析などのコスト管理
  • 供給リスク特定と対応、法規制の順守などのリスク管理
  • 調達プロセスの構築・改善のための活動（提案・会議への参加）
• 国際貨物の輸出入に関わる業務及び外為法に基づく輸出管理業務
  • 国内外輸送業者のアレンジ
  • 及び以上に含まれず、かつ円滑な衛星設計・開発業務の実行に必要なあらゆるサポ
    ート業務

必要なスキル・経験

• 学歴：専門学校卒以上
  • 調達または購買活動に関する実務経験 (5年以上)
• コミュニケーション能力
  • 英語を用いたコミュニケーション（筆記・口頭・読み取り）が可能なこと
  • 日本語でのコミュニケーション（筆記・口頭・読み取り）が可能なこと。
    （目安： JLPT N1レベル）
  • 自らの意見や考えを、口頭/文書の別を問わず他者へ伝えられること
  • 同僚の意見や考えに耳を傾け、その内容を正確に理解しようと試みること
• PCスキル
  •  Microsoft Office製品の使用経験 (主にWord/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • 電子メール/チャットツールといったオンラインコミュニケーションツールの使用経験

歓迎スキル・経験

• 宇宙機の設計・開発、または電子/機械部品に関する基本的な知見
• 製造業での生産・品質管理の経験
•  学歴：大学　学部卒以上
• Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)/スペシャリスト（一般）レベル相当のPCスキル
• 英語を用いた円滑なコミュニケーション能力（目安：TOEICスコア 800以上）
