Localization Director
Job duties As a Localization Director, you will work directly with development teams on projects from beginning to end. You will be responsible for producing top-quality localizations for CAPCOM games, and will be expected to report to the head of Localization Production. Responsibilities: ・Oversee and manage localization projects in both a project management and creative capacity ・Collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure a top-quality localization across multiple languages ・Develop and implement workflows for translation, voice recording, and linguistic quality assurance ・Provide guidance to ensure the creative vision, quality, accuracy, and cultural relevance of all localized content Requirements: ・Over 2 years of project management experience in game localization ・Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese ・Proven leadership experience with strong project management capabilities ・Excellent organizational skills and experience in leading projects ・Native-level English speaker with a deep understanding of cultural nuances in target markets ・Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications: ・Experience working in all phases of game localization, from pre- to post-production ・Proven track record in managing multilingual projects ・Extensive knowledge of the game industry and gaming culture ・Strong and adaptable problem-solving abilities ・Proven experience collaborating within diverse, multicultural teams

Job duties As an English localization expert, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assets translated from Japanese to English meet Capcom's standard of quality. 仕事内容 社内ローカライズ及び効率化システム (ウェブアプリケーション、データベース) の維持、開発、更新を担当いただきます。 具体的には、以下業務に関わっていただきます。 １）Windows Server 、SQLサーバーのセットアップ、メンテナンス、バックアップ ２）ローカライズ業務に使用するローカライズ Excel マクロ、様々なスタンドアロンツールの維持、管理、更新 ３）既存のツールやシステムの新しいツールや新しい機能の開発。特定のユーザー要求への対応。 ４）外部チームと協力し、部門横断の問題解決、社内ワークフローのさらなる最適化。 必須条件 ・英語、もしくは日本語の高い語学力。（英語の読解力は必須） ・2年以上のプログラミング経験 ・業務量、タスクを適切に管理し、積極的に対処するスキル ・さまざまな国や背景を持つスタッフと協働する姿勢 ・ゲームローカライズへの興味・関心 歓迎条件 ・C# および .Net Framework の経験 ・Typescript および React フロントエンドの経験 ・SQL および Microsoft SQL Server の経験 ・Excel VBAの経験 ・ゲームローカライズの経験、または開発経験 応募書類 ※英語と日本語の両方ご提出ください。 ・履歴書 ・職務経歴書

Localization Team Engineer
Job duties ■Job Description: ・Maintain and further develop multiple internal localization and productivity systems (web apps, databases) and deploy updates. This also includes Windows Server setup, maintenance, SQL server maintenance, and backups. ・Maintain localization Excel macros and various stand-alone tools used by the team for specific tasks. ・Develop new tools and new functions for existing tools and systems. This includes responding to specific user requests. ・Collaborate with external teams to resolve cross-departmental issues and further optimize workflows within the company. Qualifications: ・Fluent in either English or Japanese (business level) / at least basic English reading comprehension ・Ability to manage workloads independently and proactively address tasks ・High level of self-organization skills ・Willing to collaborate with staff from diverse countries and backgrounds ・Minimum of 2 years of programming experience ・Experience in full-stack web development ・Interest in game localization Preferred Qualifications: ・Experience with C# and .Net Framework ・Experience with Typescript and React frontends ・Experience with SQL and Microsoft SQL Server ・Experience with Excel VBA ・Prior experience in game localization or development
