Summary
As a Merchandise Planning Director at COVER USA, you will be tasked with capturing the appeal of our VTubers in tangible form to deliver to fans. This role involves engaging fans beyond video streaming and contributing to Vtubers’ further increasing popularity!
Job Responsibilities
- Planning various merchandise (sold through our website and available at events)
- Coordinating with other departments (realizing talents' wishes for merchandise creation)
- Negotiating with illustrators and merchandise manufacturers
- Overseeing the production progress from merchandise completion to sale

Required Skills
- Experience in the manufacturing management of character goods
- Please submit your portfolio along with your resume and work history. Photos of products you've worked on and site URLs are also acceptable.
Desirable Skills
- Extensive knowledge of character goods
- Experience in producing a wide range of merchandise
- Experience using Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience planning voice and digital goods (such as messaging app stamps)
- Experience with licensing
- Conversational level Japanese language skills (particularly reading and writing skills)
