Summary

We are seeking a passionate Account Executive to join our team, focusing on influencer marketing or product licensing sales. This role will drive brand collaborations and product licensing opportunities in the international VTuber and gaming industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of influencer marketing, and a passion for gaming and VTubers.

Work Details

■Key Responsibilities:
・Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing brand and agency partners to promote influencer marketing campaigns and product licensing deals.
・Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to align with company goals and objectives.
・Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, focusing on securing sponsored streams and merchandising opportunities in English-speaking markets.
・Provide training and support to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques within partner networks.
・Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and strategy across all channels.
・Analyze market trends and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills:

・Native-level proficiency in English (Japanese is not required).
・Work or educational experience in North America and/or Europe and/or Oceania.
・Sales experience in influencer marketing, product licensing, or agency-related roles.
・Deep passion for VTubers and gaming.

Preferred Skills

・Experience in international sales, especially within English-speaking markets.
・Experience working with agencies or in product licensing.
・Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
・Ability to travel for partner meetings and industry events as needed.
