Job Description:

■Overview
We are seeking an English/Korean-speaking Project Manager to drive the expansion of our VTuber and character IPs in English-speaking and Korean markets. This role will oversee the execution of marketing plans and collaborate with local partners and internal teams to develop and implement licensing strategies that align with the latest trends in the VTuber and gaming industries. Proficiency in both English and Korean is critical, as the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of our global operations through effective cross-functional collaboration.

■Responsibilities
・Lead the execution of marketing plans and supervision processes for licensees and clients in the English-speaking and Korean markets, through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, sales estimation, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
・Collaborate with internal teams, such as talent managers, operations teams, and marketing teams, in English or Korean to ensure seamless execution of projects.
・Stay updated on trends in the VTuber and gaming industries to inform business strategies.
・Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop licensing strategies that align with business goals and the market trends in English and Korean-speaking regions.

Required Skills

・Native-level proficiency in Korean and business-level proficiency in English.
・Proven experience in managing marketing or licensing projects from conception to completion.
・Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
・Experience working with third-party IP or as an IP licensor, including managing brand feedback and approval processes.
・Strong passion for VTuber culture and trends, with a deep understanding of the gaming stream audience.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to interact across multiple teams.

・Business-level proficiency in Japanese.
