About the Position

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our International Sales Team, supporting sales representatives who drive the VTuber business through licensing and influencer marketing. This role involves a mix of administrative support, logistical coordination, and creative input to facilitate effective sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

・Manage purchase orders and approval processes through internal systems.
・Coordinate and communicate with various internal departments.
・Organize and manage product samples, including transferring them to storage (approximately 200 meters from the office).
・Assist in scheduling internal meetings and preparing travel itineraries for business trips.
Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings.

Required Skills

・Understanding of VTuber culture.
・Previous experience as a sales assistant or in a similar role.
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
・Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
Team-oriented mindset.
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.

Preferred Skills

・Proficiency in languages other than Japanese and English.
・Regular viewer of hololive talent streams with an understanding of fan psychology.
