■Overview

We are looking for a Director to plan and manage projects that will enhance Hololive Indonesia, the female VTuber group under Hololive Production. Affiliated Talent:

■Job Responsibilities

Planning, managing, and evaluating the effectiveness of streaming events.
Coordinating with representatives from various internal departments.
Conducting research for content creation.

■Required Skills

• Experience in project management for mobile games, apps, or web services.
• Ability to independently lead projects from planning to execution and evaluation while collaborating with different teams.
• Business-level proficiency in Indonesian and Japanese. **

■Preferred Skills

• Business-level English proficiency.
• Experience in project management or directing entertainment content.
• Experience in planning and improving content based on data analysis.
• Knowledge of overseas entertainment user trends.
• Experience negotiating with external creators.
• Experience negotiating with overseas creators and production companies.
• A global perspective and cultural understanding. **
