欧州市場におけるマーチャンダイジングおよびIPライセンス展開をリードいただける海外営業担当を募集します。本ポジションは、当社ブランドのプレゼンスを拡大し、地域のトレンドや規制に合わせた戦略を立案・実行することで、多様なカテゴリーにおけるライセンスビジネスを成功に導く重要な役割を担います。欧州市場に関する深い知識と、ライセンス交渉・戦略構築のスキルを兼ね備えた方を歓迎します。

We are looking to hire an overseas sales representative to lead merchandising and IP licensing expansion in the European market. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of our licensing business across a variety of categories by expanding our brand presence and developing and executing strategies aligned with regional trends and regulations. We welcome candidates who have deep knowledge of the European market and strong skills in licensing negotiations and strategy development.

欧州市場における新たなライセンスビジネスの機会を積極的に開拓し、当社IPの収益化と市場浸透を推進
現地のライセンシー、ディストリビューター、小売パートナーとの信頼関係の構築・維持会社の戦略および収益目標に沿ったライセンス契約の交渉および締結
法的要件および社内方針を遵守するため、法務チームと密接に連携
社内関係者および外部パートナーとの調整を通じて、円滑なライセンス契約の実現を推進
複数のIPライセンスプロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、納品物の管理
市場インサイトや戦略的提案を含む実績レポートを定期的に経営陣へ提出
IPライセンス戦略および商品の商品化に関する企画・実行を支援し、会社およびチームのビジョンを具現化する
Actively explore and develop new opportunities for licensing business in the European market, driving monetization of the hololive IP and expanding market penetration
Build and maintain strong relationships with local licensees, distributors, and retail partners; negotiate and finalize licensing agreements in line with the company’s strategy and revenue targets
Work closely with the Legal team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
Drive the smooth execution of licensing agreements through coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables across multiple IP licensing projects
Regularly submit performance reports to executive management, including market insights and strategic recommendations
Support the planning and execution of merchandise commercialization and IP licensing strategy to bring to life the company and team's vision

必須スキル

3+ years of experience in licensing or business development within in the entertainment and gaming industry.
A deep understanding of trends, business practices in the European market, especially in the entertainment or gaming industry.
Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, and project management skills.
Results oriented thinking and ability to plan ahead.
Being able to travel frequently within Europe and possibly abroad.

Experience in brand partnerships, creative/advertising agencies or influencer marketing within the European entertainment or gaming sectors.
Strategic thinking skills and strong analytical skills.
Experience in working in a cross-cultural team, especially under Japanese work environments.
Proficiency in Japanese in addition to the required English to communicate effectively with HQ and understand creative nuances is a plus.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage complex timelines across different time zones.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry while maintaining brand integrity.
High proficiency in necessary tools to conduct tasks, including Slack, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and more.
