• We create a digital twin to visualize the jobsite;
• We run multiple simulations to create the optimal workplan;
• We guide and/or control equipment and resources based on the digital workplan;
• We monitor jobsite progress remotely and digitally;
• We continue to further optimize the workplan based on jobsite progress and remove future issue;

Introduction about the role

In this position, you will be responsible for implementing and testing remote and autonomous operation solutions for construction machinery currently under development. Your primary focus will be on deploying systems at customer sites and performing real-world testing.

Position details:

• Installation and setup of remote operation and autonomous driving systems at job sites
• Providing technical support and training to customers
• Verifying system performance and performing troubleshooting
• Proposing system improvements based on customer feedback
• Creating and updating technical documentation

Mandatory requirements:

Candidates who meet any of the following qualifications are eligible:

• Experience in sales engineering or pre-sales technical support
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, computer science, or related fields
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, computer science, or related fields

Nice to have:

• 3+ years of practical experience with autonomous driving or remote operation systems
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Development experience using sensor technologies and programming languages such as Python or C++
• Field operation experience with complex technical systems
• Knowledge of network infrastructure
• Experience in customer negotiations or client-facing roles
