社内外のプロダクトが利用する共通APIプラットフォーム（認証・認可、データ連携、イベント連携）は、私たちのサービスを根幹から支える重要な役割を担っています。
事業の成長に伴いプロダクト数・API利用者が増加しており、機能開発やサービス改善を安定的に推進できるエンジニアの増員が求められています。

業務内容
- プラットフォームが提供するWebバックエンドサービスおよびデータベースの設計・開発・運用
- シニアエンジニアやチームリーダーと連携したアーキテクチャの改善
- プロダクトチームからの要件を理解し、APIとして設計・実装する機能開発
- コードレビューやテスト設計を通じたコード品質の維持・向上

Background
Our shared API platform — covering authentication, authorization, data integration, and event-driven messaging — forms the backbone of every product we deliver. As the business grows and the number of products and API consumers increases, we need to add engineers who can steadily drive feature development and service improvements. We are hiring for this role to strengthen the team's delivery capacity and accelerate growth across all products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate web backend services and databases provided by the platform
- Improve architecture in collaboration with senior engineers and the team lead
- Understand requirements from product teams and design/implement them as APIs
- Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews and test design
Required Skills & Experience
- End-to-end web backend development experience, from design through testing
- Ability to understand technical trade-offs and make appropriate choices to solve problems
- Ability to read technical documentation in English (translation tools are acceptable)
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Web backend development experience with TypeScript + Node.js
- Experience designing and improving backend service architectures
- Experience building and operating infrastructure on Google Cloud
- Ability to communicate technical topics in English
