このポジションについて

• 中堅中小のM&A案件が多いため、入り口から出口までの全ての行程を、案件に主体的に関与していただくことが可能
• インターナショナルな環境で、国内案件だけではなく、クロスボーダー案件も取り組むことができ、サービスラインのグローバルのクオリティで、スキルを向上することが可能
• M&Aに関するアドバイザリー業務が未経験でも、具体的な案件を通じて経験を積むことができ、英語力も日頃の業務の中でブラッシュアップしていただくことが可能

About this position

• Since many of the M&A deals involve small to mid-sized companies, you will have the opportunity to be actively involved in all stages of the transaction—from entry to exit.
• You will work in an international environment, handling not only domestic deals but also cross-border transactions. This allows you to enhance your skills while operating at a global service line quality standard.
• Even if you have no prior experience in M&A advisory work, you can gain hands-on experience through actual projects. Additionally, your English skills can be continuously improved through daily work.

• 日本国内外のM&A（合併、買収、売却、会社分割、資本提携等）に係るアドバイザリー業務
• M&A実行ストラクチャーの策定支援
• M&A戦略の策定支援

Job Description

• Advisory services related to M&A (mergers, acquisitions, sales, company splits, capital alliances, etc.) both domestically and internationally.
• Support for the formulation of M&A execution structures.
• Support for the formulation of M&A strategies.

必須条件

• 下記1 - 4のいずれかに該当する方

1. M&Aまたは企業再生に関するアドバイザリー業務の経験をお持ちの方または未経験者の方で、今後M&Aまたは企業再生に関するアドバイザーとしてのキャリア構築を希望する方
2. 投資銀行、M&Aブティック、PEファンド、コンサルティングファーム、その他プロフェッショナルファームで、M&Aまたは企業再生の分野の業務経験をお持ちの方
3. 国内金融機関で、M&A業務、買収ファイナンス、証券化・流動化、不動産投資、プロジェクト・ファイナンスや不良債権処理に係る業務の経験をお持ちの方
4. 監査法人、税理士法人などで監査業務やコンサルティング業務の経験をお持ちの方

• 高いビジネスレベルの日本語力

尚可条件

• 公認会計士（日本・米国）、税理士、弁護士、不動産鑑定士、MBAなどの資格保有者は歓迎
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（ライティング、リスニング、スピーキング）あれば歓迎

MUST

• Someone who meets one of below

1. Individuals with experience in advisory services related to M&A or corporate restructuring, or those without experience but who wish to build a career as an advisor in M&A or corporate restructuring.
2. Individuals with experience in M&A or corporate restructuring in investment banks, M&A boutiques, PE funds, consulting firms, or other professional firms.
3. Individuals with experience in M&A, acquisition finance, securitization and liquidation, real estate investment, project finance, or non-performing loan processing in domestic financial institutions.
4. Individuals with experience in auditing or consulting services at audit firms or tax accountant firms.

• High business level Japanese

NICE TO HAVE

• Holders of qualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (Japan or US), tax accountant, lawyer, real estate appraiser, MBA, etc. are welcome.
• Business-level English proficiency (writing, listening, speaking) is welcome.
