Manage administrative tasks related to audit operations, including handling documents such as audit reports, engagement letters, and audit contracts submitted to clients.
Coordinate internal procedures for document stamping and dispatch using our internal system (Jobkan), including application review and follow-up processing.
Organize and archive documents, issue and mail invoices.
Support general office operations, including document filing, greeting card management, ceremonial arrangements, company seal management, and part-time staff shift coordination.
Handle phone and email inquiries, as well as reception duties and mail processing (in both Japanese and English).
Provide support for internal events and company functions.

日常会話レベルの英語力
Office使用経験(Word、PPT及びExcelは四則演算、SUM、COUNTIF等)

MUST
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative support roles
Business-level Japanese and conversational-level English proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including basic functions such as arithmetic operations, SUM, COUNTIF, etc.)
NICE TO HAVE
Experience working in a remote (telework) environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (multitasking skills)
Work experience in an audit firm or a similar industry
