財務の健全性を確保し、経営判断をサポートしながら、業務改善をリードする重要なポジションです。必要に応じて実務にも積極的に関わっていただきます。

主な業務内容

• 財務情報の正確性を確保するための記録、レビュー、連結、照合作業
• 経営判断を支援する財務分析、変動分析、収益性分析
• 経営陣、監査法人、税務アドバイザー、銀行、海外チームとの調整・コミュニケーション
• 予算策定・フォーキャストのサポート、差異分析と要因説明
• システム導入、プロセス改善、内部統制強化、税務関連施策などのプロジェクト推進
• 必要に応じた仕訳入力や基本的な会計業務の実務対応
• 勘定科目の管理・照合、不一致の調査・解決
• 会計スタッフの育成・指導、業務レビュー（キャッシュフロー予測、銀行照合、経費管理など）

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong accounting, analytical, and communication skills. This role ensures financial integrity, supports management decision-making, and drives continuous improvement across finance operations, while maintaining a hands-on approach when needed.

▼Key elements of the role
(Examples. But not limited to with consideration on candidate’s experiences)

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information by recording, reviewing, consolidating, and reconciling transactions.
• lPerform financial, fluctuation, and profitability analysis to support management decision-making.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including management, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and overseas teams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and explanation of key drivers.
• Act as a project manager for finance function improvements, such as system implementations, process optimization, internal control design and monitoring, and tax-related initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support when required, including the preparation and posting of journal entries and other core accounting activities.
• Maintain and balance subsidiary and general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Lead, train, and support accounting staff; review their work including cash flow forecasts, bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and expense summaries.

必須条件

• 会計業務経験5年以上（フルサイクル会計経験含む）
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
• 主体性と責任感を持ち、独立して業務を遂行できる方
• 財務データを分析し、実用的なインサイトを導ける能力
• 経営層とのやり取りに適した明確で自信のあるコミュニケーション力

尚可条件

• 中小企業、プロフェッショナルサービス企業、外資系・多文化環境での経験
• ERPシステムの使用経験（NetSuite歓迎）
• Excelの高度なスキルとレポーティング能力
• 法定税務申告や外部アドバイザーとの連携経験

MUST

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to full-cycle accounting.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
• Strong ownership mindset, able to work independently and lead with accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Clear, confident communication skills suitable for senior stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in SMEs, professional services firms, or foreign-affiliated / multicultural environments.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with statutory tax filings and managing external advisors.
