About this position

職務内容

マネージャーの監督のもと、複数クライアントを担当いただきます。

• SPC・ファンド会計業務全般の担当 
• 月次・年次決算、財務諸表の作成 
• 税務申告に向けた会計データ準備 
• クライアント（PM、AM、税務・監査関係者）との折衝 
• クライアントポートフォリオ管理 
• 新規案件・オンボーディング対応 
• 業務プロセス構築・改善 
• Associateメンバーの指導・レビュー 

クライアントは99%日本にある外資系企業となり、取り扱う内容はインターナショナルな案件となります。

Job Description

Under the supervision of managers, you will be responsible for multiple clients.

• Overall responsibility for SPC and fund accounting operations
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial closings and financial statements
• Preparation of accounting data for tax filings
• Liaison and coordination with clients and related parties (Property Managers, Asset Managers, tax advisors, auditors, etc.)
• Client portfolio management
• Handling new engagements and onboarding processes
• Development and improvement of operational processes
• Training, supervision, and review of Associate-level staff

The clients are 99% foreign companies located in Japan, and the work handled is international in nature.

必須条件

• 会計・経理の実務経験（目安：3年以上） 
• 英語力（英文メール対応が可能なレベル） 
• Excelを用いた実務経験 
• 自律的に業務を推進できる方 

尚可条件

• SPCまたはファンド会計の経験 
• 会計事務所・税理士法人での勤務経験 
• 税務申告業務経験 
• 日本商業簿記2級 
• 外資系クライアント対応経験 

MUST

• Practical experience in accounting and finance (minimum of approximately 3 years)
• English proficiency sufficient for handling business email communication
• Practical experience using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive tasks and responsibilities

NICE TO HAVE

•  Experience in SPC and/or fund accounting
• Experience working at an accounting firm or tax advisory firm
• Experience with tax return preparation
• Japanese Bookkeeping Certification, Level 2 (Nissho Boki Grade 2)
• Experience working with foreign-affiliated (global) clients
