本ポジションについて

Forvis Mazars Japan株式会社のアウトソーシング部門は、会計、給与計算、資金管理、コーポレートセクレタリー業務などのサービス提供を担う専門チームによって構成されています。
これらに加え、新規顧客のオンボーディング、ビジネス開発、イノベーション・自動化、品質管理・リスク管理などの領域で各サービス提供チームを支援する横断的なチームがあります。
本ポジションでは、この横断チームの一員として入社し、当社のデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）推進プログラムを支援します。アウトソーシング部門の各チームと密接に連携しながら、業務プロセスの可視化・文書化、デジタルおよびAIを前提とした業務フローの設計、自動化を実現するシステム構築に携わっていただきます。

また、業務改善の機会を発見し、革新的なソリューションの導入を支援することで、会社全体の変革を加速させる役割を担います。あらゆるレベルのステークホルダーと協働し、ビジネス要件を実用的なデジタルソリューションへと落とし込み、新しいツールや業務プロセスへの適応を支援します。継続的改善の文化を醸成しながら、会計業界の将来に向けて、当社が機動的かつ効率的であり続けるための重要な役割を果たしていただきます。

業務内容

• シニアメンバーの指導のもと、デジタルソリューションの設計・開発を支援する。
  現場の課題をヒアリングして内容や優先順位を整理し、既存システムの機能追加・新規システム導入・自前開発等を検討し、その後要件定義、基本設計、システム導入といった流れを想定しています。
• AIツールの検証・導入、ベストプラクティスの発見、各サービス提供チームへの活用支援を通じて、会社のデータ・AI戦略を推進する。
• Innovationチームが導入済みの既存システムの保守・機能改善を行う。
• ユーザーガイド、データフロー、システムアーキテクチャなど、新規および既存ソリューションに関するドキュメント作成を支援する。
• 社内で立ち上げられるイノベーションおよびDX関連プロジェクトへ参画する。

必須条件

• 業務自動化やデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進のためのソリューション設計・開発経験
• Microsoft Power Platform（Power Apps、Power BIを含む）やそれに類するシステムの高い実務知識
• 業務プロセスを理解し、分かりやすいワークフローを作成し、拡張性のあるソリューションを構築できる能力。
• 人工知能を含む新しいテクノロジーに関心があり、それらを業務プロセスへ応用する意欲。
• デジタル化・テクノロジー活用が進む環境において、ビジネスのあり方を形作ることに貢献したいという意欲と、主体的かつ創造的な姿勢。
• 英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル（会話・読み書き）で両言語を使用してステークホルダーとコミュニケーションを取れる方。

歓迎条件

• Pythonの知識または使用経験。
• AIネイティブなワークフロー構築経験。
• 基礎的な会計知識。

About this position

The Outsourcing Division of Forvis Mazars Japan Co., Ltd. is comprised of specialized service delivery teams providing a wide range of services, including accounting, payroll, treasury, and corporate secretarial services.

In addition to these service delivery teams, the division is supported by several cross-functional teams responsible for areas such as new client onboarding, business development, innovation and automation, and quality and risk management.

In this position, you will join one of these cross-functional teams and play a key role in supporting the firm's Digital Transformation (DX) program. Working closely with teams across the Outsourcing Division, you will be involved in documenting and mapping business processes, designing digital- and AI-enabled workflows, and developing systems that drive process automation.

You will also help accelerate the firm's transformation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting the implementation of innovative solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, you will translate business requirements into practical digital solutions and support the adoption of new tools and processes.

By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the firm remains agile, efficient, and well-positioned for the future of the accounting and professional services industry.

Job Description

• Support the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions under the guidance of senior team members. This includes gathering and assessing business needs, prioritizing requirements, evaluating options such as enhancements to existing systems, implementation of new solutions, or in-house development, and participating in activities such as requirements gathering, solution design, and system implementation.
• Drive the firm's data and AI strategy through the evaluation and adoption of AI tools, identification of best practices, and support for service delivery teams in leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems implemented by the Innovation Team, ensuring their continued effectiveness, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for both new and existing solutions, including user guides, process and data flows, and system architecture documentation.
• Participate in innovation and digital transformation (DX) initiatives and projects across the firm, collaborating with stakeholders to support successful project delivery and organizational change.

MUST

• Proven experience in designing and developing solutions that support business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps and Power BI) or comparable low-code/no-code and business automation platforms.
• Ability to understand business processes, design clear and effective workflows, and develop scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), and a willingness to apply them to improve business processes and operations.
• A proactive and creative mindset, with a strong desire to help shape the future of business operations in an increasingly digital and technology-driven environment.
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in both spoken and written forms.

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of, or hands-on experience with, Python.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI-native workflows.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
