In recent years, the shortage of IT engineers has been widely recognized as a critical issue. In response, measures such as making programming education mandatory have been implemented to increase the "quantity" of engineers. However, simply expanding the engineering talent pool is not enough. Unless we create an environment where working engineers can achieve high productivity, the "quality" of engineering talent will not improve, and the fundamental issue of the engineer shortage will remain unresolved.
We believe that the key to solving this challenge lies in building a strong HR foundation for engineers. Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Solution Sales:
Lead business development and end-to-end sales for TRACK (Test, Job, Training) and MANA AI Studio with enterprise, corporate, and large SMB clients.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
Proactively source, qualify, and convert both inbound and outbound leads. Leverage events, digital channels, and personal networks for consistent pipeline growth.
Consultative Selling:
Engage HR leaders, TA heads, L&D managers, and C-level executives, understanding pain points and positioning TRACK/MANA as essential for digital transformation in HR.
Solution Demos & Presentations:
Deliver impactful product demos and presentations customized to client use cases across hiring, assessment, and training.
Contract Negotiation & Closures:
Own deal strategy, commercial discussions, and closing. Drive high-quality revenue and ensure rapid deal cycles.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze local HR tech trends and competitor activity in metro markets, providing feedback to product and marketing teams for rapid adaption.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Performance Targets:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, with strong focus on new client acquisition and account expansion.
Future Business Development and Recruitment Background
The practice of conducting coding assessments has become commonplace in countries like the United States as a way to evaluate skills during the selection process. However, this was not the case in Japan until we began creating a market for it in 2016. Since then, we have grown to achieve the number one market share in coding test services. Additionally, we have realized the concept of TrackID for expanding into universities, with implementations underway at around 20 institutions, including the University of Tokyo. We believe this broadens our ability to provide value to our customers.
Building on these achievements, we plan to invest in expanding into the global and Indian markets to further increase our Total Addressable Market (TAM) in the engineer HR sector. As of 2024, India has the largest population in the world and is the second-largest in terms of engineers, following the United States. We believe that over the next decade, India will clearly emerge as one of the countries shaping the world, making it the most promising market for investment. We have decided to compete in this market.
Currently, we have one member working directly under the executive team, and we are operating with a small, agile team. However, we are looking to recruit a senior-level individual to take responsibility for the vertical launch of this business.
Recruitment Requirements
【Qualifications】
- Experience: 3–5 years in B2B enterprise/corporate sales, preferably in HR tech,
SaaS, or related tech platforms. - Track Record: Demonstrated success in high-growth sales environments with ownership of large annual quotas; experience with both inbound and outbound business development.
- Network: Active relationships with decision-makers in HR, recruitment, L&D, or CXO leadership in target cities is desirable.
Skills:
- Aggressive in hunting & closing deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to articulate ROI and technical value to diverse stakeholders
- Self-driven, energetic, and resilient with a passion for tech
- Knowledge of HRMS, ATS, LXP, assessment tools, and/or GenAI solutions is a strong plus
- Proficient in CRM and sales automation tools
