About Full-Stack Engineer (AI Interview)
With the rapid spread of generative AI, the era of “everyone having their own AI” is becoming increasingly realistic.
However, the use of AI to truly enhance productivity and address the unique needs of each user is still in its early stages.

Responsibilities
Givery is developing an AI interview tool that enables recruiters to analyze candidates from multiple perspectives.
With the large volume of job applications received, many recruiters face a shortage of time and resources for hiring.
Our tool assists by creating meeting minutes during interviews, evaluating candidates using AI based on their resumes and interview content, and reducing inconsistencies in evaluation criteria.
To further advance our product, Givery is hiring individuals to take on the following responsibilities:
- Developing products that leverage
- AI Building APIs for effective data utilization
- Analyzing and visualizing collected data
Career path
You can choose to pursue a path as an engineer or advance into a management role.
Some have even been appointed to executive positions within six months of joining!

Application Requirements
✓Must have
- Over 3 years of experience implementing backends using Python and TypeScript
- Practical experience in frontend development (language not specified)
- Practical experience as a full-stack engineer (no specific number of years required)
- Experience working on AI-related development projects
✓Nice-to-have
- Interest in developing and implementing generative AI features for SaaS products
- Experience in the full development cycle, from requirements definition to development and operations
Language
Japanese: Fluent
English: Business level preferred

Precautions
- If you reside abroad and are hired, you will need to relocate to Japan.
- You need either a diploma or more than 10 years of engineering experience are required to get a visa.
- In addition to visa support, one-way airfare will be provided.
Work Conditions
In our system development projects, we must comply with our clients’ security policies. Therefore, we are seeking individuals who can meet the following conditions:
- Work Location Restrictions
Based on client-specified security requirements, work locations are limited to within Japan or regions approved by the client. If you need to work temporarily outside Japan, prior approval from both the client and our company is required.
- Network Environment
You must use a secure network environment specified by the client when working. In some regions, network usage may be restricted. Please confirm details during the interview.
- Work Style
Even if you wish to work remotely, you must comply with the client’s security requirements.
- Handling of Loaned Equipment
Equipment such as PCs, peripherals, and storage devices provided by our company or the client must not be taken outside Japan or used by third parties without permission. If you need to use them outside Japan, you must obtain prior approval from both the client and our company.
