Job Responsibilities
Overview
We are seeking an experienced senior professional to join the BBM-G team. This position has two primary missions:
- Drive B2B sales for GLOBIS Unlimited, managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract finalization—with a growing global client base.
- Lead our "Human Touch" (inside/outside sales) function, responsible for generating leads, RFIs, and RFPs for GLOBIS Unlimited, customized corporate training, and open enrollment programs.
You will collaborate closely with our overseas hubs and corporate solutions teams to deliver client success.
Responsibilities
1.GLOBIS Unlimited - B2B sales
- Design and execute sales strategies that expands our service client base and ensures its strong presence in the global market
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (mainly: overseas hubs, corporate solutions team, customer success and operation teams) to reach and exceed sales targets
- Organize sales materials and their deployment to global hubs.
- Oversee all aspects of sales funnel, from lead generation to contract finalization
Lead a client's global management leadership development project to success, consisting of customized corporate training and GLOBIS Unlimited, in collaboration with consultants at corporate solution team
- Manage accounts along with other members in the team
2. Inside Sales - generate leads, RFI and RFP
- Manage execution of initial approaches to corporate clients (by e-mail or meeting) based on their inquiries and web behavior responses. After hearing about the customer's business issues and goal image, and introducing relative services, the customer is sent to our global hubs or corporate solutions team. Depending on the case, collaboration on sales activities with them from proposal to contract is required
- Plan operation of measures to create/monitor/strengthen corporate inside and outside sales mechanism including lead generation, RFI, and RFP
- Improve corporate sales coordination and customer response results by setting and meeting target KPIs
- Lead or support sales meetings with global hubs or corporate solutions team to drive GLOBIS's global business growth (GLOBIS Unlimited, customized corporate training, and open enrollment programs)
- Support marketing activities and initiatives of other functions within BBM-G

Qualifications

- 3+ of practical experience in a company
- Proven successful experience as a sales consultant, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Business English proficiency
