業務詳細/Job Responsibilities

The Global Ads Team is looking for a proactive digital media planner to support our paid advertising initiatives.  
 
As a pivotal team in overseas expansion, we are tasked with showcasing the value of GLOBIS’ various B2C services and products. We are looking for someone who can closely work with other multinational team members and stakeholders inside and outside GLOBIS to plan, execute, analyze, and continuously improve our paid promotions strategy.  
 
Responsibilities include: 

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid promotions for both the domestic (Japan) and overseas markets 
  • Plan, develop and implement the paid media strategy, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Outbrain, other native advertisements, etc. 
  • Create and implement a media plan covering different geographic regions to achieve business objectives within the allocated budget 
  • Determine the appropriate media channels and the most suitable digital media mix 
  • Ensure all media campaigns are executed in a timely manner 
  • Collaborate on and create engaging multimedia ad assets and copy with high-conversions  
  • Collaborate with influencers and external marketing agencies 
  • Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide recommendations 
  • Create and monitor reports and dashboards to analyze and evaluate the performance of past and ongoing paid promotions 
  • Proofreading and checking all digital content before releasing 
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally to deliver fully integrated campaigns 
  • Monitor new developments in the digital marketing space, particularly paid promotions and identify new digital opportunities 
  • Administrative work (processing invoices etc.)

Branding & Marketing Communication 
 
The Branding & Marketing Communication - Global department is in responsible for all B2C marketing and branding of the GLOBIS Group. This includes overseeing the promotion of our free online publication, GLOBIS Insights, the business e-learning platform, GLOBIS Unlimited, and the GLOBIS University MBA programs which encompass the nano-MBA, Pre-MBA, Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA & Online MBA. 
 
The Global Ads team is responsible for B2C facing paid promotions in English and Japanese. 

応募資格/Qualifications

必須要件/Required

  • Native English speaker (or equivalent) with strong writing skills 
  • JLPT N3 or higher proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese 
    *The following tests will be accepted as a substitute for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) https://globis.box.com/v/japanesetest 
  • 4+ years of professional experience as a digital media planner or digital marketing specialist with in-depth knowledge of paid search, display advertising, SEO, and social media advertising 
  • Hands-on experience with campaign management, ad platforms, and other ad-serving technology, including Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Outbrain, Yahoo, etc. 
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and data analysis through reports and dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Salesforce Reports, Windsor, etc.)   
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects with quality output on a rolling basis, demonstrating strong time management, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders (GLOBIS community, agencies, etc.) 
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt in a dynamic environment prone to change 
  • A creative mindset, sense of humor, and positive outlook
  • Have a strong interest in GLOBIS business and GLOBIS WAY

歓迎要件/Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field  
  • Proficient in video and image editing using Adobe programs or similar software 
  • Knowledgeable in SEO best practices, landing page optimization, email marketing 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot and other marketing automation tools such as Zapier, Hubspot, etc. 
  • Experience in project management and vendor management 
  • Familiarity with Google and Microsoft application suites

The Branding & Marketing Communication (BMC) Department has close to 50 members, with teams divided between Japan (domestic) and Global divisions. The BMC Global division consist of 12 members from various countries. The Branding Communication - Global team is a part of the BMC Global division. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a diverse and enthusiastic team of 3 members, including one digital marketing specialist, one marketing automation specialist, and a team leader.

GLOBIS employees have flexible working hours and are allowed to work remotely.  
Staff are encouraged to commute to the office 3 days a week.  
Typical working hours are 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break and weekends (Sat, Sun.) off.  
Seminars, webinars, international interviews, conferences, etc., sometimes take place in the evening (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm) or on weekends/holidays, so starting hours are adjusted accordingly when attendance is required.
