アドバイザリーボードにはヤフー株式会社CSO(チーフストラテジーオフィサー)安宅和人、東北大学大学院情報科学研究科教授 乾健太郎、株式会社ソニーコンピュータサイエンス研究所代表取締役社長/所長 北野宏明、東京大学大学院工学系研究科教授 松尾豊、の4氏が就任しています。

我々はアドバイザリーボードをはじめとする外部有識者とコラボレーションしながらアルゴリズムの研究やサービス開発を内製しており、具体的には自然言語処理エンジン(GLOBIS AI Document Evaluation System(略称GAiDES))の研究開発と、GAiDESを活用したデジタルラーニングプロダクト(GLOBIS AI Learning(略称GAiL))や大学院入試書類選考支援、レポート採点支援、法人顧客への報告支援、などの社内外向けサービス開発があります。





Since its foundation in 1992, GLOBIS has fostered management ecosystems of people, capital, and knowledge. Today, the company is involved in a range of activities, from higher education and corporate training to venture capital. GLOBIS also operates the G1 Institute and the KIBOW Foundation, both non-profit organizations to promote creativity and innovation in society. In 2017, we launched the GLOBIS AI Management Education Research Institute (GAiMERi) to strengthen our education business (Ed-Tech) for working adults. We are promoting the research and development of next-generation management education models by integrating AI, centered on natural language processing, with the know-how and data we have accumulated over the years in management education for business persons.

We are collaborating with external experts, including the Advisory Board, to research algorithms and develop new services in-house. Specifically, our work includes the research and development of a natural language processing engine (GLOBIS AI Document Evaluation System (GAiDES)) and the development of digital learning products (GLOBIS AI Learning (GAiL)) using GAiDES, as well as services for internal and external use, such as support for document screening for graduate school admissions, support for grading reports for both University and our corporate clients.

担当いただくプログラムには、「GLOBIS AI Learning(GAiL)」「GLOBIS 学び放題」「GLOBIS Unlimited」等のデジタルな学習機会、大学院や企業研修等のリアルな学習機会の双方があります。



We have been working on the development of English educational content and the building of a community of faculty members globally, but we urgently need to expand and promote our team and operations in order to achieve our 2022 vision.

Therefore, we are looking for an individual who will be in charge of developing learning contents in English.
The content you will be responsible for includes content for digital learning products such as "GLOBIS AI Learning (GAiL)," "GLOBIS Unlimited," and "GLOBIS Unlimited," as well as teaching materials such as cases and teaching materials for use in graduate schools and corporate training.



  1. 英語での大学院や企業研修向け教材(ケース、ティーチングマテリアル)の開発
  2. 英語でのデジタルラーニングプロダクトのコンテンツ(動画やクイズ等)作成
  3. 英語講師の採用と育成、講師コミュニティの醸成
  4. 英語開発チームのマネジメント(当面はリーダーの補佐)
  5. 英語での経営大学院・企業研修講師登壇


Duties include followings but not limited to:

  1. Develop teaching materials, write cases for GLOBIS English MBA and global corporate training
  2. Develop contents (including videos and quizzes) for English digital learning products.
  3. Oversee English Faculty team  (recruiting and training of faculty members)
  4. Manage team members  (You will start out as an assistant to the leader.)
  5. Teach classes and corporate training as a lecturer

Faculty Group Office (FGO)/Global Team
FGO has about 80 members including faculty, consultants, researchers and administrative staff. The Global Team is a team within FGO and overseas recruiting and training of global faculty, English contents development and case writing etc.

The global team is growing in accordance with the 2021 GLOBIS expansion strategy.

GLOBIS employees have flexible working hours and are allowed remote work. Meetings are often held online via Zoom, etc.Typical working hours are 9:30-18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break and weekends (Sat, Sun) off, but you are to adjust your own schedule monthly.

Successful candidates are self-motivated but communicative with teammates, organized, and eager to both apply their skills and develop new ones. 
You will hold a team leader role within the department and lead the content development team and faculty development/relation team. You are also expected to be a lecturer and teach classes at GLOBIS University and corporate training.
