Overview

At GLOBIS, we are dedicated to fostering future leaders in business across Asia and beyond. We invite passionate professionals to join our esteemed faculty and impart their knowledge in our MBA programs and corporate training sessions.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 10 years of business experience
  • Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • High English proficiency

Desired Qualities

  • Deep knowledge of the candidate’s area of specialization gained through practical experience
  • Extensive experience in business management
  • A strong desire to support the growth of business professionals
  • Flexibility to adapt to the GLOBIS curriculum and interactive, participant-centered learning approach using the case method
  • A growth mindset shown through the ability to respond positively to feedback and always strive for improvement

Note: Previous teaching experience is not mandatory. Doctoral degrees are welcome but not required.

Screening Process

Our rigorous selection process ensures that we onboard faculty who align with our vision:

1.Application

Submit your resume together with a cover letter (in English) outlining: (1) the reasons for your interest in teaching at GLOBIS, (2) why you are a suitable candidate, and (3) which area you feel you would be most suited to (refer to the curriculum map here: https://www.globis.ac.jp/curriculum/).

2. Interview

We will invite suitable candidates to an interview to discuss their application and explain the details of teaching at GLOBIS.

3. Teaching Demo 

All candidates will be required to teach a demo class on a subject of their expertise. Advice and support will be provided for preparation. Multiple attempts may be requested depending on the evaluation.
