業務詳細/Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive the growth of the nano-MBA program
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive enrollment and brand awareness - Design and implement sales and retention strategies to meet the team’s goals and KPIs, and drive program growth
- Provide data-driven feedback to the marketing team to optimize marketing efforts and targeting strategies
- Formulate and implement student engagement strategies and communication to increase program satisfaction scores and promote continued learning
- Plan and coordinate events, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed

GLOBIS Digital Platform Department: Established in 2016 to focus on the EdTech domain, currently consisting of over 300 members, including more than 150 technology personnel such as engineers. - Experience in business development, sales strategy, and customer success
- Proven ability in negotiating with stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Strong analytical thinking skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to various tasks in a multitasking environment
- 3+ years of relevant and practical experience in a similar role
- Align with GLOBIS' business and the GLOBIS WAY
- Native English or equivalent, and JLPT N3 or equivalent
