業務詳細/Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive the growth of the nano-MBA program.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and implement sales and retention strategies to achieve team goals and KPIs, and drive program growth.
- Develop and execute robust regional marketing strategies to drive enrollment, meet KPIs, and increase brand awareness.
- Provide timely, data-driven feedback to the marketing team to optimize targeting strategies and promotional efforts.
- Design and implement student engagement strategies to ensure a high-quality learning experience by promoting continued learning, increasing satisfaction, and addressing feedback through timely and effective communication.
- Plan and coordinate events, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support cross-functional initiatives that add further value to the program.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.

- Experience in business development, sales, and retention strategy, and customer success
- Proven ability in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to various tasks in a multitasking environment
- 3+ years of relevant and practical experience in a similar role
