業務詳細/Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive the growth of the nano-MBA program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and implement sales and retention strategies to achieve team goals and KPIs, and drive program growth.
  • Develop and execute robust regional marketing strategies to drive enrollment, meet KPIs, and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide timely, data-driven feedback to the marketing team to optimize targeting strategies and promotional efforts.
  • Design and implement student engagement strategies to ensure a high-quality learning experience by promoting continued learning, increasing satisfaction, and addressing feedback through timely and effective communication.
  • Plan and coordinate events, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional initiatives that add further value to the program.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.

応募資格/Qualifications

必須要件/Required

  • Experience in business development, sales, and retention strategy, and customer success
  • Proven ability in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to various tasks in a multitasking environment
  • 3+ years of relevant and practical experience in a similar role
  • Align with GLOBIS' business and the GLOBIS WAY

Salary Notes
Salary depends on work experience, skills and abilities
・Annual salary revision in July
・Profit-sharing (per company rules and regulations)
・The annual salary is inclusive of premium wages for 45 hours of overtime work and for 10 hours of nighttime work.

You will  work with team leaders, senior employees, and external stakeholders to formulate and execute strategies necessary for business growth. This role is ideal for those who wish to enhance their product management skills in a multinational environment and develop strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.
Typical Workday
Here’s an example of a typical workday for a Customer Success and Business Development Associate:

9:30-10:00: Check emails, Slack schedule, and update task lists
10:00-11:00: Attend team meeting to discuss key project updates and alignment
11:00-12:00: Coordinate with stakeholders and gather feedback on ongoing initiatives
12:00-13:00: Lunch break
13:00-14:00 Meet with the sales team to refine engagement and retention strategies
14:00-15:00: Respond to customer inquiries via email or calls
15:00-16:00: Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback
16:00-17:00: Collaborate with the marketing team to align product features with market needs and plan upcoming activities
17:00-18:00: Wrap up the day: review tasks, plan for tomorrow

Remote Work

Company-wide Retreat (Residential Training)

*This is conducted annually over a period of one night and two days.

Requirements for the Professional
Not only expertise in business but also involvement in organizational management is expected in the long run. Additionally, as part of career development, participation in "educational activities (such as the development of educational content and lecturing)" aimed at disseminating management knowledge is required. (Therefore, it is assumed that obtaining a master's degree is a prerequisite either before or after joining the company.)
