If you join the Admissions Team, you will work closely with others to ensure a seamless and enjoyable admissions experience for candidates worldwide. Precise, efficient, and friendly communication is essential in providing exceptional, customer-focused service.
Team members must demonstrate a strong sense of cross-cultural awareness and understanding to effectively build meaningful relationships with our applicants and students within the diverse work environment at GLOBIS.
In addition to managing the admissions and enrollment process, you will play a key role in fostering a fulfilling learning environment and experience for students once they join the university by supporting the academic operations team.
Primary Responsibilities (Examples):
Admissions Round Operations:
- Refining and streamlining the screening process (document screening, interviews, notification of results, etc.) for the 4-5 admissions rounds held annually. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of the Admissions Committee that determines the final results.
- Supporting applicants and the sales team to ensure a seamless screening process.
Planning and Implementation:
- Promoting applicant selection processes utilizing IT software and AI
- Planning and managing the annual admissions process
Operational Execution:
- Collaborating with other teams within the department (Sales, Career Services, Alumni Relations, Events, etc.) and other internal departments to deliver greater value to customers and achieve business growth through cooperation
- Ensuring the smooth operation of student admissions, scholarship programs offered by GLOBIS and other institutions, educational loans, and immigration management
External Communication:

The Student Services Office is a small, dynamic, and internationally diverse front-facing team of the GLOBIS University English MBA Program. You will work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and oversee all admission and enrollment-related services for the English MBA program. The department as a whole employs a diverse team of 30 people from 12 countries.
Within the team, you will work alongside members who are highly committed to achieving the mission of becoming the No.1 business school in the Technovate era. However, we anticipate that you will take on a lead role running the admissions and enrollment process in the future.
