【仕事内容】
当社のエンジニアリングチームに加わり、取引および金融テクノロジーシステム向けの最新かつ高性能なWebアプリケーション開発を主導する役割を担当いただきます。
このポジションは、フロントエンドアーキテクチャ、最新のWeb技術、およびリアルタイムアプリケーション開発に深い専門知識を持つ経験豊富なエンジニアに最適です！
プロダクトマネージャー、QA、ドメインエキスパート、そしてエンジニア仲間と緊密に連携しながら、スケーラブルで保守性が高く、レスポンシブなWebソリューションの設計と提供において、重要な役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。
【想定業務】
◆最新のフロントエンド技術を用いて、高品質なWebアプリケーションの設計、開発、保守を行う。
◆リアルタイムで金融機関およびトレーディングシステム向けに、堅牢でレスポンシブ、かつ保守性の高いユーザーインターフェースを構築する。
◆ビジネスおよびステークホルダーの要件を技術的ソリューションと直感的なユーザー体験へ変換し、フロントエンドの設計方針、アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、および実装のベストプラクティスを主導する。
◆API、リアルタイムデータフロー、およびWebアプリケーションサービスの開発と統合を行う。
◆健全なエンジニアリング原則とデザインパターンを用いて、クリーンにテストが可能かつ保守性の高いコードを記述する。
◆複雑なWebインターフェース全体において、アプリケーションのパフォーマンス、応答性、およびユーザビリティを最適化する。
◆技術的な計画立案、コードレビュー、設計レビュー、およびチームのメンタリングに貢献する。
◆自動テスト、CI/CDパイプライン、およびリリースプロセスのサポートと改善を行う。
◆フロントエンドの標準、ツール、開発プラクティスの継続的な改善を推進する。
※本日ポジションは弊社香港オフィスでの勤務を想定しているため、フルリモート希望者や日本からの勤務は想定していません。
必須スキル
• コンピュータサイエンス、ソフトウェア工学、または関連分野の学士号、あるいは同等の実務経験
• ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験があり、特にWebアプリケーション開発に重点を置いている方（目安：5～10年以上）
• フロントエンドフレームワークやAPI統合を含む、最新のWeb開発に関する深い専門知識
• ソフトウェア工学の基礎に関する深い理解（以下を含む）：
・オブジェクト指向プログラミング
・デザインパターン
・データ構造とアルゴリズム
・単体テストとデバッグ
• スケーラブルで保守性が高く、パフォーマンスに配慮したWebアプリケーションの構築実績
• Gitおよびチームベースの開発ワークフローに精通している方
• 優れた問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力、そして協調性を備えている方

【About the Role】
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our engineering team and lead the development of modern, high-performance web applications for trading and financial technology systems. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in front-end architecture, modern web technologies, and real-time application development.
You will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, maintainable, and responsive web solutions, while collaborating closely with product managers, QA, domain experts, and fellow engineers.
What you’ll do
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern front-end
technologies.
• Build robust, responsive, and maintainable user interfaces for real-time financial and trading systems.
• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and
intuitive user experiences.
• Lead front-end design decisions, application architecture, and implementation best practices.
• Develop and integrate APIs, real-time data flows, and web application services.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code using sound engineering principles and design patterns.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and usability across complex web
interfaces.
• Contribute to technical planning, code reviews, design reviews, and team mentoring.
• Support and improve automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in front-end standards, tooling, and development practices.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or
equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on web
application development.
• Strong expertise in modern web development, including front-end frameworks and API
integration.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including:
o Object-oriented programming
o Design patterns
o Data structures and algorithms
o Unit testing and debugging
• Proven experience building scalable, maintainable, and performance-conscious web
applications.
• Familiarity with Git and team-based development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
【Preferred Technical Experience】
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end application architecture.
• Experience with frameworks such as Next.js.
• Strong understanding of responsive UI development, component design, state management,and API integration.
• Familiarity with front-end tooling such as npm/yarn/pnpm, Vite/Webpack, ESLint, and
testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
• Experience building real-time, data-driven web applications.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize front-end performance in complex applications.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to engineering best practices.
【Nice to Have】
• Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, or market data applications.
• Experience with Docker and AWS.
• Exposure to low-latency or performance-sensitive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with backend or .NET systems is a plus.
