The Story

Started in 2021 by Yasukane Matsumoto (CEO and Founder) & Sanjay Rajasekhar (CTO and Co-founder).

Josys is a dynamic startup that is revolutionizing the hybrid work environment by providing automated IT device and SaaS management solutions worldwide. As the world gets smaller and more accessible, management of this IT has become more complex and expensive, Josys is the glue that brings it all together.

The company raised USD125M within its first two years. This was the fifth largest Series A and B fundraising in the world and third largest in Asia in the same time period.  

The Role

In this role, you will join our team in Tokyo and will be reporting to the VP of product, and will be responsible for developing and launching features for complex software products, particularly in the IT Management space. This role involves working in a hybrid environment, collaborating with globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

・Develop and roll out features for complex software products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with company objectives.

・Collaborate with Technology and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, distributed across Japan, India, Southeast Asia, and the US, to ensure product features are continuously improved based on feedback.

・Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.Liaise with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on product vision and roadmap.

・Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product development.Define product requirements and create detailed specifications for new features.Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

・Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

Ideal Profile

・You possess a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related field, and have at least 5 years of experience working in Product Management roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.Proven track record of developing and rolling out features for complex software solutions, from a product standpoint.

・You have the ability to liaise with Technology and GTM teams to ensure product features meet market needs and are continuously improved upon based on feedback.

・You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

・Proficiency in English and Japanese is required to work effectively with key stakeholders across Japan and other markets.

・You are a result-driven and detail-oriented professional with excellent senior stakeholder management capabilities.You thrive in fast-paced work environments with distributed teams
