About KINTO Technologies Corporation
KINTO Technologies was established in April 2021 as a development organisation tasked with the implementation of all kinds of mobility services, including KINTO, the global mobility service brand of Toyota Motor Corporation.
We have about 300 employees in various positions including mobile engineers, front-end and back-end engineers, infrastructure engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers; about 25% of our employees are international members.

About Global Business Development Group
The Global Business Development G is involved in global projects in Full Service Lease of vehicles, the core of mobility services, and other services.
The Global Business Development G organises issues related to the launch of services in each country and issues for further growth, identifies points of differentiation through systemisation and requirements for global systems, and then leads business development to develop and implement the most suitable systems.
Our mission is to expand mobility services worldwide and deliver high-quality services to our customers. Communication in English is fundamental when working with overseas businesses and engineers.
What you'll do
- Develop and plan business and sales strategies for mobility services in various countries, focusing on differentiation through systematization
- Collaborate with internal and external engineers to plan, design, and implement systems that are optimal for the business and scalable globally
- Lead projects for the implementation of global systems, working closely with internal and external engineers through detailed business analysis
- Coordinate with a wide range of diverse stakeholders

Requirements
Minimum requirements
- Experience in at least one of the following: systems planning, business planning or business development in IT
- Experience with global projects and global businesses
- A solid understanding of the latest technology trends
- English: business level or above, with practical usage experience
- Japanese language skills: daily conversation level or above
Nice to have
- Experience in planning and implementing global core business systems
- Practical experience and involvement in establishing operations at overseas subsidiaries

- Strong logical reasoning and articulation skills
- Good communicator, with acceptance of diverse values and the ability to build strong relationships
