Under the Global Data Architecture Director, you will focus on enterprise-wide optimization across geographies and functions, leading the design, deployment, and operational planning of the architecture and the data platform that supports it. 業務内容

Their roles include:
• Provide leadership in identifying, shaping, and developing data engineering standards needed to achieve KKC's data goals
• Lead efforts to define or adhere to best practices required to deliver various data initiatives at KKC globally
• Own KKC's data engineering, platform, and infrastructure standards, and ensure that our projects and products comply with them to create a safe, secure, and scalable environment
• Collaborate with regional data teams to influence and align global data engineering and platform strategies, initiatives, and standards
• Provide leadership and guidance to data services and support teams to define service standards, tools, and processes
• Lead the delivery of data projects and work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain an effective data platform and project standards, engineering processes and policies that ensure integrity in line with regulatory and legal requirements across KKC's data operations

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
EN:
• Design and evolve enterprise data and information architectures aligned with business objectives
• Define data integration and distribution standards with global and regional teams
• Establish best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and cost optimization
• Ensure availability, scalability, security, and governance of data platforms
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to meet business and compliance requirements
• Lead selection, delivery, and lifecycle management of data platforms and products
• Monitor KPIs to proactively address performance and capacity issues
• Maintain architecture documentation and data artifacts
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to internal and external teams
JP:

必要な業務スキル、経験

Required / 必須要件
EN:
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience designing and operating data platforms (DWH, Data Lake, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling (logical and physical)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of data integration technologies (ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
JP:
• データアーキテクト、データエンジニア等の関連分野での実務経験5年以上
• DWH、データレイク等のデータ基盤の設計・運用経験
• 論理／物理データモデリングの知識・経験
• AWS、Azure、GCPいずれかのクラウド利用経験

Preferred / 歓迎要件
