Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our Sales Team in Munich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering in the EU/Japan, with a focus on expanding our market presence and exploring new business opportunities in the EU.

Responsibilities:

・Achieve sales targets set by a line manager.
・Cultivate and sustain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
・Acquire new customers and explore business opportunities in the AlN multilayered Ceramic Substrate and Packages sector, which includes promotion and selling products used in various fields such as Sensor Packages, surface-mount packages, MEMS packages, Optical communication packages, LED packages, and more.
・Prepare and submit reports to the headquarters/line manager.
・Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

Qualifications

・A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
・2-5 years of work experience as a Sales Engineer of ceramic products or electronic components in the EU, excluding work experience as a student/PhD candidate (mandatory).
・Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the EU (mandatory).
・Strong knowledge of AlN multilayered Ceramic Substrate and Packages and their applications.
・Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships in the EU (mandatory).
・Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Willingness to undertake frequent business trips within the EU and occasional international business trips.
・Fluency in English and Japanese (mandatory), proficiency in German is advantageous.
