Maruwa Maruwa (Shanghai) Trading Co.,Ltd is subsidiary of a Japanese electronic components manufacturing company with a long history in Japan. Our products are used in space, semiconductor and telecommunications sectors etc.
Maruwa is known in the global market for its top-class materials with high thermal conductivity. We have been expanding our presence in the world market. Therefore, we open a Japanese Speaking Sales Manager position in our Shanghai Office in China.

Essential Job Description:

• Discover new business opportunities for electronic components in the Chinese market including exploring, evaluation, coordination of new projects within group of companies and externally.
• Ensure the attainment of sales targets set by a management/line manager.
• Prepare reports in Japanese as required by a management/headquarter.
• Coordination/Collaboration with engineering team worldwide.
• Coordination of training programs of Sales Team locally.
• Willingness to frequent business trips within the China and occasionally international travels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Knowledge of Chinese Language at least HSK 4 level and above
• Knowledge of Japanese Language N1/Native
• Knowledge of English TOEIC score 600 at least.
• B-2-B sales experience in electronic components business.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Willingness to frequent business trips within China and occasionally international travels.
• Sales Team`s management experience.

主な業務内容：
・中国市場における電子部品の新規ビジネス機会の発掘、評価、社内外プロジェクトの調整・推進
・管理職・上司が設定する売上目標の達成
・本社・管理部門の要請に応じた日本語での報告書作成
・グローバルな技術部門との連携・調整
・現地営業チーム向けの研修プログラムの企画・運営
・中国国内および海外への出張対応

応募資格：
・学士号以上の学歴
・中国語：HSK4級以上の語学力
・日本語：N1レベルまたは母語レベル
・英語：TOEIC600点以上の語学力
・電子部品業界におけるBtoB営業経験
・売上目標の達成実績および事業成長の推進経験
・中国国内および海外出張への対応力
・営業チームのマネジメント経験
