Position overview
Maruwa America Corp. is seeking a highly skilled New Business Development (Sales) Executive to support our presence on Semiconductor Industry.
We are seeking a professional with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and semiconductor product sales.
The ideal candidate should be technically familiar with FCBGA, CoWoP PCB, FCCSP, IC packages, and Flip Chip.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivation of new business opportunities for Maruwa`s products in semiconductor industry (FCBGA, CoWoP PCB, FCCSP, IC packages, Flip Chip etc) with focusing in the US market.
- NPI activities through visiting customers on-site, attending in tradeshows etc.
- Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams, partners and affiliated companies to ensure on-time delivery and technical readiness etc.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets set by management and headquarters.
- Manage of customer inquiries, quotation and delivery schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales/Business Development of IC packaging, advance packaging or related hardware preferred within the United States.
- Comfortable communicating with Engineers on technical topics.
- Understanding of electronics or related technology industry.
- Willingness to frequent travels within the US and internationally (on a need basis)
- Valid US drivers license.
- Conversational level of Japanese
