The product you will be assigned to Money Forward Cloud Accounting for SMBs (Small and Medium-sized Businesses), has been a core part of our portfolio since our early days and remains one of our largest business drivers.

In the domain of accounting, which supports corporate activities from behind the scenes, stability and reliability are fundamental. At the same time, with the rise of AI-related technologies, customer expectations for SaaS capabilities are shifting rapidly. Money Forward SMB Products

Responsibilities and Duties

You will join the Money Forward Cloud Accounting Development Department. Through managing a global development team, you will drive the growth of the product, the business, and the company.

Specifically, to strengthen our continuously growing global organization, you will use your management and development experience to:

  • Grow the Organization: Recruit, evaluate, and develop engineers within a global development team spanning multiple locations.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and execute both continuous and non-continuous (disruptive) growth of the systems and organization to obtain market leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and make decisions to realize the product roadmap.
  • Technical Leadership: Formulate technical roadmaps, select future-proof architectures, and promote/support technical initiatives.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve organizational and product challenges by collaborating with Product Managers and heads of other divisions.
  • Division-Level Strategy: Propose and drive growth strategies and solutions for the broader Division level, beyond just your immediate department.

Expected Role and Career Path

Initially, you will be appointed as a Deputy Department Manager overseeing an organization of approximately 10 members. You will build relationships with stakeholders while staying involved in the field to familiarize yourself with Department Manager-level operations.

Subsequently, you will be assigned mission-critical organizational goals. We expect you to identify issues within people, organizations, or processes, and work with team leaders and PdMs to solve them using all available means. In the future, we look forward to you advancing your career toward Deputy Division Manager or Division Manager.

  • Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

Language Requirements

  • Japanese:Business Level 
  • English:Business Level (equivalent to TOEIC 800 or above)

<Salary Range>
Min 834,000 JPY / month(10,008,000 JPY / year)- 1,250,000 JPY / month(15,000,000 JPY / year)
Each including fixed allowances of 242,078 JPY - 360,732 JPY / month.
Bonus
A「High Performance Bonus」may be paid to employees who receive high evaluations based on semi-annual evaluations in addition to their salary.
