Overview

Our company offers a range of services, including the automatic household accounting and asset management service "Money Forward ME" and the business-oriented cloud service "Money Forward Cloud," which are used by many users. For these services, utilizing various user data collected through a technology called "Account Aggregation" is essential.

The Account Aggregation Division develops systems to collect user data and provide it to each service. The collected data becomes even more valuable information through our services and is returned to the users. We are looking for individuals to work with us to face changes in technology, society, and the concept of money, to collect data more deeply and broadly, and to provide value to users.

Main Responsibilities

◆ Role of Aggregation Service Project
As the number of products utilizing our account aggregation data grows, and as users continue to add more financial accounts to each product, managing their own data has become increasingly complex. To address this, we are developing a new service that will enable users to manage their account aggregation settings and data more effectively.
The immediate mission for this project is to handle front-end tasks for creating the management console of the account aggregation service. Following the initial launch, we will continue to develop and enhance the service to provide an even better experience.

Through this project, we aim not only to deliver a valuable service to our users but also to drive innovation in how user data is perceived, making a significant impact on society. We are looking for team members who are passionate about advancing this initiative and contributing to our mission.

Opportunities We Offer

  • Engage in the development of a new user interface for our account aggregation system.
  • Work closely with core technologies and data used across multiple services, envisioning the ideal service while contributing to society by focusing on user needs.
  • Gain extensive business knowledge about the structure of diverse data managed by account aggregation and how data is utilized in various services.
  • Collaborate with engineers both domestically and internationally (primary working language is English).

Expected Role

  • Technical Lead Frontend Engineer for the service, actively participating in decision-making and providing well-founded insights on the ideal service design.
  • Lead all aspects of frontend development from a technical standpoint, contributing to the enhancement of user experience (UX), system quality, and team productivity.
  • Focus on business contributions while engaging in team building to support these goals.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience developing web applications using technologies like React.js/Next.js.
  • Experience building UI interfaces using CSS preprocessors.
  • Strong knowledge of performance techniques for web applications, core vitals and framework optimizations.
  • Experience using state management on React.
  • Strong experience on building software using Domain Driven Design (DDD).
  • Strong experience applying best practices on linting, compilers and improving development experience.
  • Experience in code review using GitHub (or equivalent systems).

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience in designing and developing web APIs and microservices.
  • Project management skills such as planning and estimation.
  • Previous experience working using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading a team as a Tech Lead.
  • Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

Language Requirements

  • Japanese: Not required.
  • English: Business Level (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above).
    (Note: If you have other qualifications or experiences demonstrating English proficiency, such as EIKEN Pre-1, EIKEN 2nd Grade (CSE score 1950+), TOEFL iBT 60+, IELTS 5.0+, or Cambridge FCE.), feel free to discuss with us.
    For those without a TOEIC 700+ equivalent score, you will be asked to take a designated test during the interview process (generally after the first interview).

<Salary Range>
Min 575,000 JPY / month(6,900,000 JPY / year)〜834,000 JPY / month(10,008,000 JPY / year)
Each including fixed allowances of 166,950 JPY〜242,078 JPY / month.
Bonus
A「High Performance Bonus」may be paid to employees who receive high evaluations based on semi-annual evaluations in addition to their salary.
※Please note that the remuneration of the High Performance Bonus is subject to change according to the company's performance.

Working Hours
9:30 - 18:30 (60 min break) are the basic working hours. However, employees are able to choose their working hours at their own discretion.
