Overview

While productivity is a crucial factor for Money Forward as it grows into a Big Tech company, there are currently several challenges with SaaS selection and operation, and we are not always able to provide the optimal IT working environment.

It is an urgent task for the Information Systems Division to plan and operate a SaaS portfolio befitting a global company of 5,000 people, and to contribute to the further acceleration of development and business by thoroughly promoting their utilization.

We are looking for an individual who can join us in this exciting phase of transformation from a Japanese startup to a global enterprise, and drive projects related to SaaS introduction and operation as a SaaS Management Department Manager, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders!

About the Department

The Corporate SaaS Management Department within the Global IT Division, where you will be assigned, manages and promotes the utilization of SaaS used by all group employees, including those in overseas offices (Vietnam, India).

The team's mission is "To provide a state where all employees can focus on essential value creation through SaaS," and they are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Operational management and improvement of SaaS used across the group (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.)
  • Planning, selection, introduction, adoption, and operation of newly introduced SaaS
  • Support for the utilization of company-wide standard SaaS
  • Standardization and optimization of IT costs
  • Formulation of SaaS portfolio and AI utilization plans with a view towards long-term management strategies

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be managing a team that is involved in everything from planning and promotion related to SaaS management to actual operation, based on your interests and experience.  This role will require you to provide technical guidance for the team as well as managing projects that are aligned with the goals of the organizations (aka Player/ Manager).  You will be in charge of large-scale projects affecting the entire group, working in coordination with overseas offices such as Vietnam and India in addition to domestic locations.

  • Research on SaaS functions and promotion of their utilization (including AI utilization)
  • Definition of company-wide information sharing methods, SaaS selection, and introduction
  • Establishment of group-wide management policies and operational setup (license granting, inventory, change management, etc.)
  • Budget planning and expenditure management, building relationships with vendors
  • Business process improvement for manual operations
  • Internal help desk tasks:
    • Handling inquiries
    • Building and managing knowledge for users

Required Skills and Experience

  • Five or more years of experience managing an IT team.
  • Experience in leading an implementation of SaaS/ERP products in medium to large organizations.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • A working knowledge of Generative AI, and AI from an end user perspective, and have experience using it in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in leading the planning, requirements definition, introduction, and operation of internal systems
  • Experience operating corporate IT SaaS (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, etc.)
  • Experience in a BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) project involving any of the following:
    • Understanding As-Is and designing To-Be through user interviews
    • Mapping to business flow diagrams
    • Creating procedure manuals for new operations
    • Explanation to stakeholders
  •  Able to work in a networked organization

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • A track record of managing IT licenses and negotiating license agreements.
  • Experience working in a startup environment or a multinational company.
  • Experience in managing Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspaces environments
  • Experience in managing or designing an Identity Access Management system
  • Experience in leading AI transformation initiatives within an organization
  • Experience in managing AWS infrastructure and services.
  • Experience in improving operations using SaaS Web APIs, etc.
  • Work experience at a System Integrator (SIer), enterprise cloud solutions provider,  or IT consulting firm
  • A project management certification: PMP and/or Agile Project Management certification
  • Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

Language Requirements

  • Business basic level Japanese (JLPT N2, CEFR B2 equivalent or higher)
  • Business basic level English (TOEIC 700 equivalent or higher)

Salary System
<Salary Range>
Min 659,000 JPY / month(7,908,000 JPY / year)〜1,250,000 JPY / month(15,000,000 JPY / year)
Each including fixed allowances of 191,860 JPY〜363,912 JPY / month.
Bonus
A「High Performance Bonus」may be paid to employees who receive high evaluations based on semi-annual evaluations in addition to their salary.

Working Hours
9:30 - 18:30 (60 min break) are the basic working hours. However, employees are able to choose their working hours at their own discretion.
